<br /> Dora M. Reimers had in her lifetime, and at the time of her death,
<br /> and which the said Ernest Reimers as Executor has, by virtue of
<br /> the said Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of, in, or to the
<br /> above granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with
<br /> the appurtenances,
<br /> IT BEING THE INTENTION OF ALL PARTIES HERETO, THAT IN THE
<br /> EVENT Or THE DEATH QF EITHER OF SAID GRANTEES, THE ENTIRE FEE
<br /> SIMPLE TITLE TO THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBE� HEREIN SHP,LL VEST IN
<br /> THE SURVIVING GRANTEE.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOZD the above described prEmises, with the
<br /> appurtenanccs , unto the said grantees as JOINT TENANTS, and not
<br /> as tenants in common, and to their assigns, or to the heirs and
<br /> assigns of the survivor of them, forever. And the said Ernest
<br /> Reimers as ExECU'ter and the grantor herein, for himself, his
<br /> heirs, executors and administrators , does covenant, promise and
<br /> undertake to and tiith the grantees named herein and with their
<br /> assigns and with the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them,
<br /> that he is la�,fully the E:xecutor of the Estate and Last U�'ill
<br /> and TestamEnt of Dora M. Reimers, deceased, and has power to
<br /> convey as aforesaid , and has in all respects acted, in making this
<br /> conveyancc, in pursuance of the authority granted in and by the
<br /> said Last t�,:ill and Testament; and that he has not made, done or
<br /> suffered any act, matter or thing whatsoever, since he �as Lxecutor

<br /> thereos, are, snall or may be impeached, charged or incumbered,

<br /> entitled to the proceeds of the sale of the above granted premises,
