<br /> [�1HEREAS, on the 6th day of March, 1963, the Last G,ill ana
<br /> Testament of Dora M. Reimers , deceased , ti�as duly admitted to
<br /> probate in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and on said
<br /> day, Ernest Reimers , who is also known as Ernest C, keimers , tne
<br /> grantor herein, was appointed Executor of the Estate and Last
<br /> Va"ill and Testament of Dora M. Reimers, deceased , by said Court,
<br /> filed his bond as such, which was approved by the Court, toox his
<br /> oath of office, and Letters Testamentary were issued by said
<br /> Court to the said Ernest Reimers ; and
<br /> �•:HEREAS, under the terms of said Last t-.ill and Testament,
<br /> the said Dora M. Reimers gave, devised and beaueathed to her
<br /> five children, namely, LaFrence �r . Reimers , Ernest C. Reimers ,
<br /> Selma Minnie Beyersdorf, Rose Plma Ostermeier and �elbert Franic
<br /> Reimers, equally, share and share alike, the hereinafter described
<br /> real estate, subject ho�:ever, to the power of sale and assignment
<br /> hereinafter conferred on her executor, the said Ernest Reimers ;
<br /> and the said llora M. Reimers in said Last 4ill and Testament
<br /> authorized and empo��ered her executor to sell, assign, transfer
<br /> and convey any real or personal property oti-ned by her at her
<br /> death, including her residence at 215 �-�est 1Gth Street in Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska , which is the real estate legally described here-
<br /> inafter, at such price or prices and on such terms and conditions
<br /> as he may consider adequate and proper and to execute, acknoti�ledge
<br /> and deliver such deeds, or transfezs therefor as may be necessary
<br /> to convey title therefor; that the said Dora M. Reimers requested
<br /> her executor to consult with her surviving children, the children
<br /> hereinbefore named , as to the amounts for which the property
<br /> should be sold without making it compulsory and the consents of
<br /> the children shall not be binding on the executor or necessary to
<br /> make the sales; and that no license or order from any court or
<br /> judge shall be necessary for the executor to make such sale; that
<br /> not withstanding this directive, the executor, did together with
<br /> the other children, enter into an agreement ti-ith Selma Beyersdorf
<br /> and Louis Beyersdorf, the grantees named hereinafter, for the sale
<br /> of said real estate. That pursuant thereto, on the 24th day of
<br /> August, 1963, the executor sold the hereinafter described real
<br /> estate to Selma Beyersdorf and Louis Beyersdorf, as JOINT TENANTS,
<br /> for the sum of Five Thousand and No/100- - - - Dollars ( $5,000.00) ,
<br /> they making the best and largest bid therefor.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Ernest
<br /> Reimers, who is also known as Ernest C. Reimers , the duly appointed ,
<br /> qualified and acting Executor of the Estate and Last V��ill and
<br /> Testament of Dora M. Reimers, deceased, by virtue of the power and
<br /> authority granted and conferred upon him, under the said Last Uvill
<br /> and Testament of the said ;�ora M. Reimers, deceased, and in con-
<br /> sideration of the sum of Five Thousand and No/100- -Dollars ( $5,000.00)
<br /> in hand paid, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br /> unto Selma Beyersdorf and Louis BEyersdorf, wife and husband , as
<br /> JOINT TENANTS, and not as tenants in common, the following described
<br /> real estate, situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-uit:
<br /> Lot Four (4) , Block Fifteen (15) , in
<br /> Russel Vrheeler's Addition to the City'
<br /> of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
