<br /> We, Ervin F. Terry and Alice E. Terry, husband and wife,
<br /> each individually in his and her own right and as spouse of the
<br /> other, and Irvin P. Meves and Ruby M. Meves, husband and wife,
<br /> each individually in his and her own right and as spouse of the
<br /> other, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consider-
<br /> ation of One Dollar (�1.00) and other consideration received from
<br /> grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br /> Bel Air Corporation, a corporation of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraskay herein called the grantee, the following described real
<br /> property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br /> Nebraska, described as follows: Beginning at the southeast

<br /> southwest corner of said E�NE4; thence running northerly along
<br /> the west line of said E2NE4 a distance of 1,533, 2 feet to

<br /> running easterly along the south line of VALLEY VIET,a SUB
<br /> D N ISION a distance of 210.0 feet; thence running Southerly

<br /> distance 172. 8 feet to a point on the east line of said

<br /> EZNE4 a distance, 1,390.5 feet to the point of beginning,
<br /> excepting therefrom a strip of land 27 feet wide off the
<br /> east side thereof for road purposes conveyed to the County
<br /> of Hall in deed recorded in Book 37 at Page 97 of the deed
<br /> records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, and subject to easements of record.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belong-
<br /> ing unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantee and
<br /> with grantee's heirs and assigns that grantor is lawfully seised
<br /> of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance except as
<br /> hereinbefore stated; that grantor has good right and lawful author-
<br /> ity to convey the same; and that grantor warrants and will defend
<br /> the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
<br /> whomsoever.
