<br /> Know all men by these presents that, in pursuanae
<br /> of an order of the Honorable Donald Weaver, �udge of the
<br /> District Court of Hall Cotutty, Nebraska, made on the 2nd
<br /> day of Augt�tst, 1963, I was licensed by said j�tdge to sell
<br /> at public auction in the man�er provided bq law, the real
<br /> estate hereinaftex described; that thereupon I gave notice
<br /> of the time and place of said sale as required by law and
<br /> at the time and place therein specified, after said sale
<br /> had been held open one hour I sold said real estate at p�blic
<br /> auction to A. W, Hedgecock, he being the highest bidder
<br /> • theref or, that said sale was thereupon reported to said judge
<br /> of the District Court and by him in all things confirmed and
<br /> I was ordered to make a deed of said premises to said purchaser.
