<br /> ' SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED
<br /> Merrill R. Impecoven and Gertrude M. Impecoven, each in
<br /> his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein called
<br /> the grantors, in consideration of One Dollar and other
<br /> valuable consideration;
<br /> received from the grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey
<br /> , and confirm an undivided one-half (Z) interest to Glen M.
<br /> Stewart and Kathleen C. Stewart, as joint tenants with right
<br /> of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, and the other
<br /> one-half (2) interest to Charles M. Stewart and Florence F.
<br /> Stewart�, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not
<br /> as tenants in common, the following described real property in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> A tract of ground located i� the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of
<br /> Section Twenty-nine (29) , in Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br /> Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br /> particularly described as follows:
<br /> Commencing at a point in the center of the Section Line
<br /> between Sections Twenty (20) and Twenty-nine (29) in Township
<br /> Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. , fifty-
<br /> six feet ten inches east of an iron pin located Six feet Ten
<br /> inches West of the Center of the St. Joseph and Grand Island
<br /> Railroad right-of-way; thence in a southerly direction parallel
<br /> with the said St. Joseph and Grand Island Railroad right-of-
<br /> way, a distance of 991 feet; thence in an easterly direction
<br /> at right angles a distance of 169 feet 4 inches; thence in a
<br /> no�therly direction at right angles a distance of 841 feet;
<br /> thence in a westerly direction at right angles a distance of
<br /> 85 feet; thence in a northerly direction at right angles a
<br /> distance of 150 feet; thence in a Westerly direction at right
<br /> angles a distance of 84 feet 10 inhes to the place of beginning.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto be-
<br /> longing unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs
<br /> and assigns of the survivor of the grantees of each undivided
<br /> one-half interest.
<br /> And grantors do hereby covenant with the grantees and
<br /> with their assigns and with the heirs and assigns of the sur-
<br /> vivor of them that grantors are lawfully seised of said pre-
<br /> mises; that they are free from encumbrance, that grantors have
<br /> good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that
<br /> grantors warrant and will defend the title to said premises
<br /> against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. ,
<br /> It is the intention of all the parties hereto that the
<br /> real estate is held in two halves, as tenants in comznon, but
<br /> as to each half it is the intention that in the event of the
<br /> death of either of the grantees to each half the entire fee
<br /> simple title to said one-half (2) of' the real estate shall
<br /> vest in the surviving grantee.
