<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />MARTIN D CARPENTER AND LORI A CARPENTER, F/K/A LORI A GONKA,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attomey, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIA,TION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, da.ted DECENiBER 18. 2002 and recorded DECEMBER 23, 2002 in the Office of
<br />the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S 4FFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in
<br />DOCLTMENT #0200214413 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />TI�REFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
