The Southerly Seventy Five(75)Feet of Lot Ten(10),Block Six(6),in Bonnie Brae Addifion to t�e City of Grand Istand,Hall County,Nebraska. b. fihe above mentioned trust deed was given as security for Loan described i�i such trust deed,in the original amount of NineTy Fivc Thousand 5even Hundred Fifty and 00/100- ($95,750.00)IDollars,executed on Octoher 9,2009,by trustor iti favor of beneficiary. c.
