<br />This Deed of Reconveyance Witnesseth, that Commerce Bank, formerly known as Commerce Bank.
<br />N.A. GRANTOR, organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America and having its
<br />principal place of business at 1000 Walnut, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, 64106, owner and
<br />holder of the note evidencing the debt secured by Construction Deed of Trust, executed by BATIS
<br />DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, A KANSAS CORPORATION, (Grantee) da.ted AUGUST 26, 2011,
