<br /> NOW, on this 4th day of September, 1952, this cause came on for hearing upon the final rep�rt filed herein by
<br /> Wilhelmina C. Rost, the duly appointed, qualified and acting administratriac of the estate of Grover F. Rost, deceased,
<br /> together with the petition for the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate, decree of distrib-
<br /> ution, and her discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records, pleadings and the pro#�f on fil� ��herein,
<br /> including said final report, and having heard the evidence in support thereof, and being fullp advised in the premises,
<br /> f inds that:
<br /> 1. Due and legal notice of the time and. place of this hearing has been given to all perso�s interested in said
<br /> estate, bp publicatinn in the Grand Island Daily Independent for three successive weeks, in the manner required by law,
<br /> and that no objections have been filed to said report or petition.
<br /> 2. The final report is true,:correct and complete in all respects, it should be approved and allawed as her
<br /> final report; all of her acts and deeds as administratrix should be approved; the estate should be settled and closed;
<br /> and, upon the filing of her final receipts herein, said administratrilc should be discharged and the liability of said
<br /> administratrix on her bord sh ould be �erminated and her bond released.
<br /> 3. Due notice was given to all creditors and all persons having claims against said estate of the ti�ne and place
<br /> in which to file=; their claims and of a hearing thereon, by publication in the Crand Island Daily Independent for
<br /> three successive weeks, as provided by law, and such time has duly expired, and a decree forever barring and ex�3uding
<br /> claims against sai.d estate was duly entered herein on March 15, 1951. -1-
<br /> 4. Only three (3) claims were filed against said estate, namelp, the claim of the Gr�nd Island Clinic in the
<br /> swn of $373.00; the claim of the Geddes Funeral Home in the sum of $902,50; and the clai.m of the St. Francis Hospital
<br /> in the sum of $616.75; in the total amount of $1,892.25; which claims were duly allawed by this Court and have naw
<br /> be�n paid in full. All expenses in connection w�itli the funeral and last illness of the said Grover F. Rost, deceased,
<br /> have now been paid in full. The only expenses unpaid are the fees for the administratrix, the attorney fees and the court
<br /> costs, and the m�nument in the sum of $475.00, and for State Inheritance Taxes. The Court further finds that Wilhelmina
<br /> C. Rost, the administratrix herein, should be all a,red fees in the sum of $650.OQ, that Pafne F� Paine, attorneys herein
<br /> should be allawed attorneys fees in che sum of $1,300.00, that the Court costs herein, including publication fees,
<br /> should be allcywed in the sum of $?5.�5.
<br /> 5. Grover F. Rost Fassed away intestate in Grand Island, Hall Countp, Nebraska, on the 15th dap of Octi�ber, 1950,
<br /> be�ng at that time 64 years of age, and being a citizen and residentof the Countp of Hall and State of Nebraska, and
<br /> possessing property in said State of Nebraska ; that his parents preceded him in death; that his wife, Olga S. Rost,
<br /> died on October 6, 1949, her estate ha��ng recently been probated in the County Court of Ha11 County, Nebraska;
<br /> that he left surviving him, as his heir-at-law, and sole and only heir-at-law, the follawing named person;
<br /> Rosann Olga Rost, his daughter, a minor, naw 11 pears of age, of 623 West Twelfth Street, Grand Island, Nebraska
<br /> and that the said deceased left no other living children, or livir�g issue of any deceased child or children, and all
<br /> ren�aining assets of this estate should be distributed to said Rosann Olga Rost, a minor.

<br /> 6. At the time of his death, the said Grover F. Rost, was seized and possessed by fee si.mple title absolute, of
<br />' tke follawing described real estate, to wit;
<br /> (a) Lot Five (5), in Block Fortp-six (46), in Russell Wheeler�s Addition to the City of Grand Island, -2-�'
<br /> Nebraska.;
<br /> (b) An undivided one-fift� (1/5) interest �in the So�thwest Quarter (SW4) of Section 'h�enty-seven (2?),
<br /> Township Six (6), North, Range Sixteen (16), West of the 6th P. M., in Kearnep County, Nebraska;
<br /> (c) An undivided one-�half interest (1/2) in the North Half (N2), and the South Half of the Sontheast
<br /> Quarter (S2SE4), of Section 'itaenty-nine (29), in Tciwnship Seven (7), North, Range lwio (2), East of
<br /> the 6th P. M., in Saline County, Nebraska; ,
<br /> and that, bp virtue of the Statutes of D@�cent in the Revised Statutes of Nebraska, in ft�ll f orce and effect at th�
<br /> date of the death of the said Grover F. Rcs t, deceased, the said above described real estate descended, at the time of
<br /> his death, to his sole and only heir-at-law, as herein set out: Rosann Olga Rost, and distribution thereof should be
<br /> made accordingly. �
<br /> ?. This estate was subject to a Federal Estate Tax in the sum of $203.22, which svm was paid on January 12, I932,
<br /> and said administratrix by letter dated August 8, 1952, was inf ormed by the Comnissioner of Internal Revenue that
<br /> the estate tax return, filed bp your administratrix, has been finallp approved and has been accepted as filed, and said
<br /> administratrix has been issued a certificate of Release fram Personal liability for such tan. Determination has been made
<br /> of the Nebraska State Inheritance Tax and the amount determiaed to be due is $164.22, which determination is approved
<br /> and shoald be paid.
