<br /> I, Harry F. Falk being of sound mind and memorp and realizir�g the uncertainties of Life and the certainty of death
<br /> do ma.ke publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all former will`s by me made.

<br /> I give devise and bequeath to my former wife Gladys V. Falk all of my personal property wherever found and of
<br /> every kind and nature, including my Chevrolet car.

<br /> I give devise and bequeath to my said former wife Gladys V. Falk all the real estate I have being � residence
<br /> consisting of two lots at 212 East Delaware St. Grand Island, Nebraska,

<br /> May 1951, the ins�rument purporting to be the last will and testament of Harry F. Falk deceased, was filed for probate
<br /> in this Court. That on the 22nd day of June 1951, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly
<br /> proved, probated and alla�wed as the last wi.11 and testament of the real and personal estate of said Harry F. Falk
<br /> deceased, and the same was ardered to be reeorded in the records af the Court af oresaid.

<br /> Naw on th is 31st day of July, 1952, this matter came on to be heard on the final report and for the discharge of
<br /> Gladys V. Falk, F.xecutTix of the Estate of Harry F. Falk, deceased, and for the distribution of the personal property
<br /> of said estate and the assignment of the real estate of said estate, and the evidence, and was submitted to the Court
<br /> on consideration whereof the Court f ir_ds that Gladys V. Falk filed her petition in this Court on the 21s� day of Map,
<br /> 1951, alleging among other things that Harry F. Falk �eparted this life testate on or about� the 14th day of Ma.y, 1951,
<br /> and was at that time a resident and inhabitant of said County and State and wa s the awner of an estate to be
<br /> administered in Hall County. That upon the reading and ff ling of said petition, there was entered an order fixing a
<br /> time and place for hearing the evidence in support of said petition giving notice thereof to all interested parties by
<br /> publishing said notice f or three successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper published
<br /> and circulated in said County.
<br /> That said hearing was held as heretof ore ordered by the Court as by law required and Letters Testamentary were
<br /> granted to Gladys V. Fa1k upon the filing of her bond in this Court as required by law. That due and legal notice has
<br /> been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court for filing claims against said estate by publication
<br /> for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent as provided by law and that all persons having claims
<br /> against said estate not filed within the time fi�ced by the Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred,
<br /> excluded and enjoin�d f`rom�setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br /> That the said Harry F. Falk left surviving h im as his heirs and only heirs at law: Delbert Falk, son; Gladys
<br /> Hu�lbert, daughter; Helen Rase, daughter, Eunice Stephens, daughter; Mabel l�ovel, daughter; Dale Falk, son; and Violet
<br /> Maughan, daughter.
<br /> That said deceased died the awner of an estate consisting of real property being described as follaws to wit:
<br /> Lats Twenty-Eight (28) and 'h�renty-Nine (29) of "Hawthorne Place" located on a part of the Northwest Quarter
<br /> (NW4) Section Twenty Two (22), Tawnship Eleven (11) Nor�h, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P. M., Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> That said real estate did pass and descend at the death of the deceased to Gladys V. Falk, aceording to the terms
<br /> and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, and is assigned to Gladys V. Falk;
<br /> That on final settlemsnt of the estate, there will be due this Court the sum of $37.35, and that the fees fvr the �
<br /> attorney and the F.�cecutri� have been paid in full and that the estate is not subject to any inheritance taxes, either
