<br /> Present: Charles Bossert, County Judge.
<br /> BE IT REMEMBERED th at on the 27th day of June, 1952, Harrp Schirnmer, Fxecutor under the La.st Will and Testament
<br /> of Anna E, Schimmer, deceased, f iled �.n this Court his final account as such Executor and a petition praping that sai.d
<br /> account be allawed, for a decree of heirship, a determination of inheritanee tax, an order of d istribt�tion, a final
<br /> settlement thereon and discharge.
<br /> For these purposes the 24th day of Julp, 1952, at 10 o�clock a.m., at the County Court Room in said CoUntp
<br /> was assigned as the time. and place for hearing said petition, examining and allawing said account; and it was ordered
<br /> rhat notice of the pendency of said petition and hearing thereon be given to a11 persons interested in said estate by
<br /> publishing such notice in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper pc.inted in said county, for three weeks prior
<br /> to said day of hearing; and it appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court and that no
<br /> objections to said fi.nal accpnnt have been made or filed.
<br /> Upon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being fully advised in the preraises, the
<br /> Court finds as follows:
<br /> FIRST
<br />, That Anna E. Schimmer departed this life on the 22nd day of January, 1952, in Grand Island, in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, testate, and at tlie time of her death she was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> SECOND
<br /> That on the 25th dap of Januarp, 1952, Harry Schinmer filed in this Court an instrument purporting to be the
<br /> La.st Will and Testamerit of said Anna E. Schimmer, deceased, wherein said petitioner was named Executor, and a petition
<br /> offering said Will for probate, and on the 25th [ay of January, 1952, an order of this Court was made therein assigning
<br /> the 20th day of February, 1952, at 10 otclock a.m., in the Caurt p Court Room in said County as the time and place for
<br /> hearing said petition, proving said Will and admitting the same to probate and ordering that notice of the pendency ^(;�l)
<br /> of said petition and hearing thereon be given to all persons interested in said �atter by publishing said notice i.n
<br /> the Grand Island Ir�dependent, a legal�-newspaper pri.nted in said County, for three successive weeks prior to said day
<br /> of hearing, and it appears by �roof on file that notice of said order was so given.

<br /> The Court further f inds that on the 20th day of Februarp, 1952, said instrument was,-proven, allawed and admitted
