<br /> This matter came on for hearir.g upen the final report of Dora Culzaw, the duly appointed, qualified and acti.ng
<br /> executri�c, and uz�on her petition for final settlement as executrix ef sa�d est2,te. The Court having examined said
<br /> report, the records and files in sa.id estate ar.d being duly advised finds that legal notice has been given to all persons
<br /> in said estate of the tim e and place fi�ced for hearing upon said report as heretofore ordered by the Court; that
<br /> no one appearing to abje,ct thereto the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers on file and testimony in
<br /> support thereof, and being duly advised, finds that said report is true a.nd correct and is hereby approved and allewed
<br /> as and for the final report of said exe.cutrix. The Court finds that such William N. Gulzaw died on the 27th day of
<br /> August, 1951, and he was at the time of his death a resident. and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and the Court
<br /> further fir.ds that said deceased died testate and left surviving him as his sole and only heirs-at-law: Dora Gulzow
<br /> widaw; John N. Gulzow, son; Otto J. Culzaw, �on; Hilda j+'elker, daughter; Leona Stanton, daughter; Earl H. Gulsow, son;
<br /> ar.d Leland A. Gulzow, son; all of legal age. That a getition was filed herein for the pr�bate o` the document purporting
<br /> to be the last will and testament of said deceased. That due and legal notice for the probate of said last will and
<br /> testament was duly published as ordered by the Court and in pursuance thereof said document was admitted to pro�iate on
<br /> the 2'7 day of Seotember, 1.951, and Dora Gulzaw was appointed and qualified as executrix.
<br /> That John R, Higgins was made and appointed appraiser of said esta*e by the Court and upon due notice given of
<br /> hearing sai_d appraiser filec� his report herein and said report was approved as and for the appraisement of said John
<br /> R. Hig�ins, and
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORF. ORD�RED aND ADJC�DGF.D BY THF COL'RT that saad esGate is subject to the payment of inheritance tax
<br /> in the amount of $55,00, and,
<br /> The Court finds that sa.id tax has been paid.
<br /> The Court finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons having claims against said estate and that
