THIERER, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound and disposirig miAd and memory, and desiring <br /> to dispose by Will of all the property of which I may die seized, do make, publish and declare this to be my last <br /> Will and Testament, hereby cancelling and revoking all Wills and testamentary instruments heretofore °made and executed <br /> by me. � <br /> 1. I desire that My Executors hereinafter named pay ou� of �y personal property all of my just debts, the <br /> expenses of my last illness, death and burial, and the expenses of probating this, my last Will and Testament, or the <br /> administration ef my estate, as soen as possible after their appointment. <br /> 2. I gice, 3evise and bequeath to my beloved son, Bernard Thierer, f or his use during his lifetime, the south <br /> 106 acres of the Southwest Quarter (SW ]_/4) of Section '1`wo (2), Tawnship T�n (11) North, Range Seven (?) West of the <br /> 6th P. M,, in Hamilt on County, Nebraska. I1pon his death, if he has heirs of his own blood, then it shall pass to and <br /> become the property of the grandchildren of my own blood then living at the time of the death of my beloved son, Bernard <br /> Thierer. <br /> 3. I give, devise and bequeath to me beloved daughter, Pearl Benson, f or her use during her lifetime, the north <br /> 53 acres of th.e Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 'lwro (2), Township Ten (10), North, Range Seven (7) West of the <br /> 6th P. M. ; and that par* of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Thirty-five (35), Tvwnship Eleven (lI) North, <br /> Range Seven (i) West of the 6th P. M,, Hamilton County, Nebraska, lying �outh of the Burlington right-of way. Upon her <br /> death, if she has heirs of her own blood, then this property shall go to them, but if she has no heirs of her own <br /> blood, then it sha11 pass to and become the property of the grandchildren of my a�.�n blood then living at the time of <br /> the death of my beloved daugh*er, Pearl Benson. <br /> 4. I gitie, devise and bequeath to Lida Newhauser Thierer our home property, which is the southerly forty-seven <br /> (47) feet of Lots Qne (11 and Tt,ru (2) in Black Si�c (6) in H. G, Clark�s Addition tot he City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br /> all of my fizrniture, rr�y car, and �5,000.00 in cash. But, if she, the said Lida Kewhauser Thierer, is not my widaw, <br /> then such real estate and personal property shall devolve ander the provision of the Fifth section of this WilJ.. <br /> 5. If my beloved wife, Lida I�ewhauser Thierer, predeceases me, �r i.f we should both die in a common disaster, <br /> then the home property and personal property described in paragraph Four hereof chall pass r,o ar_d descend to my son and <br /> daughter, 8ernard Thierer and Pearl B�nson, share and sharc� alike. <br /> 6.
