<br /> DETRICH F. LUETJEMEIER
<br /> I, Detrich F. Luetjemeier, also knawn as Detrich F. Lutzmeier, of Grand Island, Nebraska, do herewith make, publish
<br /> and declare th is to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form as follaws:
<br /> FIRST
<br /> I direct my executrix, hereinafter named, to pay al.l of my just debts, expenses of last illness, funeral expenses
<br /> and any expenses incidental to administration proceedings out of my estate as soon as can reasonablq be done.
<br /> SECOND
<br /> I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, after payment of the f oregoing items, including real estate and per-
<br /> sonal propertp, whether now owned by me or hereafter acquired and wheresoever situated, to my wife, Louise Luetjemeier,
<br /> t o have and to hold the same forever. -
<br /> TH IRD
<br /> I name, nominate and appoint my wife, Louise Luetjemeier, to be the F.xecutrilc of this my Last Will and Testament,
<br /> further requesting she be not required to furnish surety on her official bond as s�uch.
<br /> FOURTN
<br /> I hereby revoke any and all former Wills by me made.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed �y signature to the foregoing instrument and executed the same as my
<br /> Last Will and Testament in Grand Island, Nebraska, this 18th day of Oc`tober, 1951.

<br /> January 1952, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Detrich F. Luetjemei.er, also known as
<br /> Detrich F. Lutzmeier, deceased, �as filed for probate in this Court. That on the 30th day of Janu�ry, 1952, said
<br /> instrument to which this certificate is attache3 was duly proved, probated and allawed as the last will and testament
<br /> of the real and personal estate of said Detrich F. Luetjemeier, also known as Detrich F. Lutzmeier, deceased, and the

<br /> of the Estate ar�d upnn her Peti.tion for allawance and approval of said Report, the settlement of the estate and her
<br /> discharge herein as �xecutri.x, and the Court ha.ving examined the records and fi.les herein and being fully advised in� the
<br /> premises finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persans of�the ti.me and place fixed by the Court for the

<br /> The Court further finds that the said Detrich F. Luetjemeier, who was also knaan as Detrich F. Lutzmeier, died
<br /> December 24, 1951, in Hall County, Nebraska, and that at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, and left a Last Will and Testament, which was, upon consideration of the Court, duly proven, allawed
<br /> and admitted to probate on January 30, 1952; that in said Last Will and Testament the deceased named his wife, Louise
<br /> Luetjemeier, Executrix and letters testamentary were duly issned to her upon filing of bord and oath, as required by law.
<br /> The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the '
<br /> Court fer filing of claims against the estate of the decedent, and that the time so fixed has �ully expired, that no
<br /> -1- claims were filed, and that all persons having claims against the estate, if anq such there be, and not f iled within the
<br /> time limited by the Court are now forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any claims.
