<br /> The Court further finds that on the Ist day of February, 1952, an order of this Court was made allawing claims
<br /> then f iled against this estate and barring the f iling of any and all other claims against said estate and excluding the
<br /> holders thereof from setting up or asserting any such claims a�ainst said estate.
<br /> SEVEIVTH
<br /> The Court further finds that the total �ross value of this estate at the time of the death of said Testatrix
<br /> was less than the sum of $9,000.00; that all of said esta�e accordingly is exempt frora the payment of fnheritance tax,
<br /> State estate tax or Federal Estate ta�c and that none is due and owing in this estate whatscever.

<br /> The Court further finds that there is due and awing the Court for court costs in this estate in full to date
<br /> the sum of 59.15• that a fair and reasonable attorney�s fee is �r�ng in this estate to Herbert F. Mayer for services
<br /> $ ,
<br /> rendered in this estate to date in the sum of $578.?2, and that Wilma Vodehnal as Executrix of the estate is entitled to
<br /> a fee and conanissions in the sum of $306.08 for her services rendered in this estate to date and that said court costs,
<br /> fees and commissions should be paid bp said Executrix out of the $3,765.89 remaining in her hands; tfte court further
<br /> finds that all claims against said estat@ have been fully paid by said Executr"� and that her report filed herein is
<br /> true and correct in all respects a� sh ould be approved and allawed; that after the payment of the above items, there
<br /> reraains in her hands for distribution in this estate the sum of $2821.94 which swn she shoitld'distribute in accordance
<br /> with the provisions of the La�t Will and Testament of said Anna Klu�e, deceased, as hereinafter ordered; that this
<br /> estate should continue open and pending for the purpose of the collection by said E�cecutrix of the indebtedness of
<br /> Myron S. Kluge awing this estate.
<br /> IT IS THERF.FORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the report of Wilma Vodehnal., Executrix, be and
<br /> the same hereby is approved and allawed as such; that the property described in Paragraph Fifth hereof was devised and
<br /> bequeathed according to the terms and cond itions of said Last Will and Testament as found in Paragraph Fifth hereof,
<br /> that Herbert F. Mayer, as attorney f or this estate be and the same is hereby allawed attorney�s fee i.n the sum of
<br /> $578.72 for his services i.n this estate rendered to date; that Wilma Vodehnal be and she herebp is allowed a fee in
<br /> the sum of $306.08 as Executrix of this estate for her services herein rendered to date; that she is hereby ordered to
<br /> pay to this Court the sum of $59.15 f or court costs due in this estate and to pay said attorneyfs fee and said Executrix -6-
<br /> fee all out of the sum of $3,765.89 in her hands, leaving a balance for distribution in this estate at this time in the
<br /> sum of $2821.94, which balance she is herebp ordered to distribute as follaws:

<br /> To the legally app�inted and qualified guardian of Fred V. Kluge, Theodore Kluge and Ronald Kluge, the sum of
<br /> $ ?0�,49, one-third thereof for each of said minor grandchildren
<br /> To the legally appointed and qualified guardian of Patsy Ann Kluge, Myron Kluge, Jr., Gloria Jean Kluge and
<br /> Melvin James Kluge, the sum of $ 705.49, one-fourth thereof for each of said minor grandchildren;
<br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY TfiE COURT that this estate is wholly exempt froan the papment of
<br /> inheritance taac, State estate tax and Federal estate ta�c, and that said estate be continued in th is Court and said
<br /> Wilma Vodehnal continue as E�cecutrix of this estate for the purpose of collecting the remaining indebtedness awing this
<br /> estate by Myron E. Kluge and to make further report to the Court at such time as the Court map require and as said
<br /> indebtedness has been collected.
