<br /> September, 1951, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Mna Kluge, deceased, was filed for
<br /> probate in this Court. That on the 3rd day of October, 1951, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was
<br /> duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of th e real and personal estate of the said Anna Kluge,
<br /> deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br /> � The Cnnrt further finds that on the 3rd dap of October, 1951, an order of this Car�rt was made alla+ing creditors
<br /> three months from and after the 31st day of October, 1951, in which to file their claims against said estate and said
<br /> Executrix one year in Khich to settle said estate, a� further ordering that notice to creditors be pub�ished in the
<br /> Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulating in Hall Cownty, Nebraska, for three successive weeks
<br /> prior to the 31st day of October, 1951, and that a hearin� on claims filed against said estate �ould be held at the
<br /> office of the C�nty Jtixlge of Hall Countp, Nebraska, on the lst dap of February, 1952, at 9 otclock A. M., and it
<br /> appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published as ordered by this Court. •

<br /> The Court further finds that on the lst day of February, 1952, said Wilma Vadehnal, Executrix, f iled in this
<br /> Court her inventory of the property of said estate, and that according t o said inventorp, the deceased died seized and
<br /> possessed of the follawing descr"ibed property, to wit:
<br /> The Northerly 60 feet of Lot Five (5) in Block Seventp-five (?5) in the Original Tawn, naw �'itp of Crand Island,
<br /> in Ha11 (3ounty, Nebraska
<br /> Miscellaneous household furniture
<br /> Indebtedness of Myron E. Kluge in the sum of $1,000 as of March 24, 1948 with interest at 6K per annwn thereafter,
<br /> papable $8.45 per month, on Khich all payments have been made u�Go and including Jnly 1, 1952, excepting the sum
<br /> ., � ,of $5.00.
<br /> Claims fram American Republic Insurance Company of Des Maines, Iawa, in the sum of $18.50.
<br /> The Court further finds that accc�ing to the terms, conditions and provisions of said Last Will and Testament of
<br /> said deceased, said property was devised unto Wilma Vodehnal as E�cecutrix of said estate with direction that she liquidate
<br /> the same and sell it at public sale in such manner as she deemed best, and after the payment of a11 expenses in�cident
<br /> thereto, including the pay�ent of all debts and burial of said decedent and a suitable marker at her grave, that the net
<br /> proceeds remaining be divided and paid as foll a+s:
<br /> One-fourth (1/4) part to the class consisting of Patsy Ann Kluge, Myron Kluge, Jr., Gloria Jean Kluge and Melvin
<br /> James Kluge, thep being children . of Myron E. Kluge, a son of said Testatrix
