<br /> l, That Harry C, '�Tietfeldt died on N�vernber 1.5, 1951, a residert of Hall County, Nebraska; that he left
<br /> surviving him as his n�xC c.�f kin and heirs-at-law the following named persons, to-wit: Alma M. Nietfeldt, his widow,
<br /> Louis F. H. :�ietfel�t:, a son, Lester H. H. :�'ietfeldt, a son, and Mrs. Durothy F. Harris, a daughter; that he left no
<br /> ather li�=ing children, ror the livir�g issue of any deceased chil_dren, and that the above-named persons are his sole
<br /> and only heirs-at-]aw,
<br /> 2, Thr�t on the 19rh 3a� nf December , 19c1, Lester H, H, Nietfeldt cvas appointe3 administrator of his estate,
<br /> qualified as such and has been actin� in said capa.city ever since.
<br /> 3. That due notice was given to crr:3itors of the time limited in which to file claims against said estate and
<br /> that such time has du].y expired; tl�a* all claims filed in said estate have been paid and that the further presentation
<br /> of claims a:�ainst said estate has been barred by the former order of this court; that there is no inheritance tax due
<br /> th� State of l�ebraskl ar,d ro federal Psta±e taac due the C'nited States �f America.
<br /> 4. The first and final report of the administrator, filed herein, is in all things true, correct and complete,
<br /> and should bP approved and al.ln�,e+� as his final report; that there remains in his han3s f or :iistribution the sum
<br /> uf $E�54.86; that Lester H, H. Ni.etfeldt, administrator he.rein, is entitle3 to the sum of $180.71 as payment for his
<br /> services as pr�vided Ly law; that D�nald H. Weaver, attorney for said estate, is entitled to a fee of �632.27 for
<br /> services rendered i_n this Cou.rt; th��.t the court costs herei.n are $87.65, 1_eaving a net deficiency, but' that the heixs-
<br /> at-law have agree�i t�+ pay a.ny remaining balar.ce of fees and costs.

<br /> 6. That the said Harry C, Nietfeld* died seized and possessed of the West One-Half (WZ) of the Southwest
<br /> �uarter (SW;�} of S�ction 25-17�9, Ha11 Countp, :\ebraska, which accor�ing to la,w descends three-ninths to the widow,
<br /> Alma '�. Nietfcl�t, tsvo-ni.riths to Louis F. H. Nietfeldt, two-ninths to Lester H. H. Nietfeldt and two-ninths to Mrs.
<br /> Dorothy F. Harri.s, subject however to the ri�ht of homestead of the widow, Alma M. Nietfeldt.
