<br /> I direct that all my just debts ar.d .funeral expenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter named as soon after
<br /> my decease as shall be convenient.

<br /> All tt�e rest, residue and remainder of my personal property, after payment of the f oregoing items, I give and
<br /> bequeath to my beloved wife, Minnie Boltz, to have and to hold the same f orever; I also give, devise and bequeath to
<br /> her all ef the real estate of which I die seized, whether now owned by me or hereafter acquired, she to have and to
<br /> hold *_he same for and during her natural lifetime and to have the use thereof and all rent and inc ome therefrom so long
<br /> as she lives, and to pa.y the taxes and keep the improvements in good repair.

<br /> Sub;ject to the life estate hereinaBove provided for my wife, Minnie Boltz, in all rea.l estate owned by me at the
<br /> time of rqy death, I give, devise a.nd bequeath all of said real estate t� my five daughters and two sons, Frieda Gulzow,
<br /> Emma Ma.thiesen, Bertha I.uebbe, Mela Hueneke a.nd Gladys Hadenfeldt, and Walter Boltz and Fred Boltz, in equal shares,
<br /> to have and to hold the same f orever. I make no speci�I grovisions for my son G�'alter Boltz for a71 the years he has
<br /> stayed wi�h me on the farm and assisted me for the rea�on I have conveyed certain real estate to him during my lifetime
<br /> in recognition of such servi.ces and assistance.

<br /> In the event any of my said children shall precede me in death leaving issue surviving them, the share of such
<br /> decea.sed child or children shall not lapse but shall pass and descent to such issue �y ri_ght of representation; pro-
<br /> vided further that in the event any of my children should precede me in death
