<br /> and was the owner of an estate/be administered in said County; that upon reading and filing said petition and Order
<br /> was entered fiacing a time and place f or hearing the evidence in support of the Petition and the Will with Codicil,
<br /> giving notice thereof to all interested parties by publishin� said notice f or three (3} successive weeks in the
<br /> Grand Is�and Daily Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulated in said Courity.
<br /> That said hearing was held, as heretofore ordered by the Court, as by law required, and Letters Testamentary were
<br /> granted to M. E. Olson upon the filing of his bond in this Court, as required by law.
<br /> That due and legal notice has been given to all persons o� the time and place f ixed bp the Court f or f iling
<br /> claims against said estate, as by law required. That all persons having claims against said estate, not f iled within
<br /> the time f.ilced by the Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or
<br /> asserting any such claims against said estate.

<br /> The Court further f inds that the deceased died the awner of an estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska consisting

<br /> The Westerly 28 feet of Lot 3, and the Easterly 20.77 feet of the NortherlF 82.67 feet of Lot Four (4), in
<br /> Block Seventy-six (76), of the Origi.nal Tawn, now City, of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br /> The Court further finds that according to the terms of the Last Will and Testament and Codicil of the said
<br /> deceased, the f ollowing received specif ic bequests of personal property,� �o-wit:

<br /> (c) Ta F. Ross, Brown, Jr., gran.dson, Wheatridge, Colorado, an undivided 1/9 interest
<br /> (d) To William Ross Pauley, grandson, York, Nebraska, an undivided 1�9 interest
<br /> (e) To Norman Friend Ankney, grandson, Norwalk, California, formerly of Artesia, California, an undivided 1/9

<br /> The Court further finds that under the Codicil to the Last Will and Testaaaent of the deceased, the Testatrix
<br /> willed and decreed that Isal A. Brawn, daughter, was to receive $75.00 per month f or the months that she cared f or and
<br /> operated the properties belonging to the Testatrix.
<br /> The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by
<br /> the Court f or hearing sa.id Final Report bp publication f or three (3) successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily
<br /> Independent, as by law required, and no one appearing to object to said Report, and the Court having examined same,
<br /> finds that said Report is true and correct, in all things, and should be approved and alla�,fed; that said estate should
<br /> be closed and said Executor discharged.
<br /> The Court further finds that the estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax under the laws of the
<br /> State of Nebra�ca or the United States.
