<br /> The court finds that the said Sarah Blair departed this life on the 4th day of October, 1926, that she was
<br /> i�nediatelp preceding her death a resident and inhabitant of Ha11 County, Nebraska, that she died intestate, and that
<br /> she left surviving her as her heirs at law, the follawing named persons, to-wit: Wheeler M. Blair, Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, Helen Booth, Grand Island, Nebraska, Grace Flippin, Grand Island, Nebraska, William Blair, St. Paul, Minnesota,
<br /> Arthur Blair, St. Paul, Minnesota, Anna Blair, St. Paul, Minnesota, Nannie Freeman, Sinw�t Falls, South Dakota, Josie
<br /> Newman, Clear Water, Nebraska, Susie Brannan, �remont, Nebraska, all her children.
<br /> The court finds that the said Sarah Blair died seized of the following described real estate situate in the County
<br /> of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Lots five (5), Six (6), seven (?), and eight (8), in Block three (3), in Packer and Barrts Additaon to the City ;
<br /> of Grand Island, Hall 8ounty, Nebraska; and a two f ifths (2/5) of an undivided interest in Lots one (1), two (2),
<br /> three (3), four (4), f ive (5), and six (6), in Block four (4), in Packer and Barrts Addition to the City of Crand
<br /> Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska. That under and by- virture of the law of descent of real estate in the State of Nebraska,
<br /> all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and decend at her death to the hereinbefore named heirs,
<br /> the ch ildren of the said deceased. I
