<br /> Now on this 23rd day of April 1952, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed herein by Clara F.
<br /> Snearly, Administrator of the Estate of J ohn A. Snearly, deceased, and for her discharge and for the approval and
<br /> allo�wance of said report, settlement of said estate, determination of the heirs and her discharge herein, and the
<br /> Court having examined the records and f iles and being fully advised in the premises f inds:
<br /> That Clara F. Snearly f iled her Petition in this Court on the 15th day of September, 1951, alleging, among other
<br /> things, that ,)ohn A. Snearly departed this life intestate on or about the 6th day of August, 1951, and was at that
<br /> time a resident and inhabitant of said County and State and was the a�wner of an estate to be administered; that upon
<br /> the reading and filing of said Petition, an Order was entered fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence in
<br /> support of said Petition, giving notice thereof to all interested parties by publishing said notice for three successive
<br /> weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulated in said County.
<br /> That said hearing was held as heretofore ordered by the Court as by law required and Letters of Administration
<br /> were granted to Clara F. Snearly upon the filing of her bond in this Court as required by law. That due and legal
<br /> notice has beeri given to all persons of the time and place f ixed by the Court for filing claims against said estate
<br /> by publication for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent as provided by law and that all perso ns
<br /> having claims against said estate not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there. be, should be forever
<br /> barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br /> That said John A. Snearly departed this life leaving surviving him as his heirs and only heirs at law, Clara F.
<br /> Snearly, widow; Reuben L. Snearly, brother; Robert W. Snearly, brother; and Nellie Johnson, sisxer.
<br /> That said deceased died the owner of an estate consisting of real property, said real estate being described as
<br /> follows, ro-wit:
<br /> Lot Si�c (6) in Block A?ine (9) Origana� Village of Doniphan, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat. thereof.
<br /> That the value of the personal property did not exceed the exemptions as set forth under the Revised Statutes of
<br /> Nebraska, allowable to the widow.
<br /> That the said real estate hereinbef ore described did pass and descend at the death of the deceased to the follawing
<br /> named heirs: C�ara F. Snearly, wid�r; Reuben L. Snearly, brother; Robert W. Snearly, brother; and Nellie Johnson, sister.
<br /> That on f inal settlement of the es±ate, there will be due this Court the sum of $37.65, and tha t the Administratrix�s
<br /> and the attorney�s fees in the probating of the estate and conducting proceedings for the settlement of this estate,
<br /> have been paid in full. That said estate is now solv ent, and is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax under
<br /> the laws of the State of Nebraska, or the United States.
<br /> That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place filced by the Court for a hearing on
<br /> said f inal report by publication of said notice for three successive weeks in the Grand Island, Daily Independent, as
<br /> by law requir�ed, and no one appearing to object to said report and the Court having examined the same, toge�her with
<br /> the vouchers attached thereto, finds that said report is true and cnrrect in all things and should be approved and
<br /> allowed as and for said Admi.nistratrix�s final report, said estate settled and closed and said Administratrilc discharged.
