Kelly, the named joint execut�ors in the �!, <br /> Last Will and Testament of said deceased, filed their Petition in this Court in which said joint executors alleged, I <br /> among other things, that Henry Westpah�., departed this life on the 13thday of September, 1951, a resident and <br /> inhabitant of Ha11 County, Nebraska, and left a Last Will and Testament at the time of his demise in which he named <br /> Charles Westphal and Lloqd W. Kelly as joint executors thereof, which said instruraent was offered for probate as <br /> the Last Wi11 and Testament of the said Henrp Westphal, Deceased; and that the said Charles Westphal and Lloyd W. Kelly <br /> be appointed as joint executors; and that thereafter on the 17th day of O�tober, 1951, Lloyd W.
