<br /> Hall County, Nebraska; Mabel Ewoldt, Stapleton Nebraska, a daughter; and Leona Ritter, a daughter, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> all rn�er the age of twenty-one (21) years.
<br /> The Court further finds that said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, consist-
<br /> ing of the following described rea.l estate, to wit;
<br /> Lot Three (3) Mainland, and the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4), Section 1`wenty-ni.ne (29),
<br /> Township Ten (10) Range rTine (9), Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> That said real estate did pass and descend to Clara Ritter, a widow, a one-third (1/3) interest therein, and tc�
<br /> the following:
<br /> Harry Ritter, a son; Dora Rief, � daughter; Anna Herman, a daughter; Mabel Ewoldt, a daughter; Leona Ritter,
<br /> a daughter;
<br /> each an undivided two-fifteenths (2/15) interest therein, subject, however, to the ho�stead inter�st in said
<br /> premises of Clara Ritter, wid�w.

<br /> The Court futher f inds that due and legal notice has been given to all person�of the time and place f or hearing
<br /> on said final report by publication of said notice f or three successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent,
<br /> as by law required, and no one appea.ring to object to said report, and the Court having examined the same, together
<br /> with the receipts and vouchers thereto attached f inds that said report is true and correct i.n all things and should be
<br /> allowed and approved as and for said administratrix�s final report; that said administratrix f iled a petition to
<br /> determine the inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska and the United States of America under the Inheritance Tax
<br /> Laws, and notice thereof having been given to Donald Weaver, County Attorney of Hall Connty, Nebraska and the Court
<br /> having further examined the files and records finds that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska or the
<br /> United States of America under the Inheritance Tax Laws; the Court further f inds that the administratrix, Clara Ritter,
<br /> has advanced to and paid the claims of said estate, as shown bp her Final Report herein filed, in the sum of Two
<br /> Th and 1�,ro Hundred Twent Three Dollars 2 223.00 for which the said Clara Ritter has made claim and the same is

<br /> hereby allawed, and made a claim against said estate; and further, that said estate should be settled and said
<br /> administratri�c and her official bondsmen herein discharged.
