that said administratrix f iled a petition to <br /> determine the inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska and the United States of America under the Inheritance Tax <br /> Laws, and notice thereof having been given to Donald Weaver, County Attorney of Hall Connty, Nebraska and the Court <br /> having further examined the files and records finds that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska or the <br /> United States of America under the Inheritance Tax Laws;
