<br /> Kh'OW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> That I, Charles Derganz, a resident of Cairo, Hall Covnty, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory,
<br /> but not unmindful of the uncertainties of�uman life, do hereby make, publish and declare this, my last Will and
<br /> Testament, hereby revoking all f ormer wills by me made;
<br /> F IRST
<br /> I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first pa.id out of my estate.
<br /> SECOhD
<br /> I hereby bequeath to my daughter, Anna Bruhn, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and in addition thereto,
<br /> do hereby forever release and discharge all of the indebtedness which the said Anna Bruhn or her husband, Detlef Bruhn,
<br /> may be owing to me at the time of my death.
<br /> THIRD
<br /> I hereby devise to my beloved granddaughter, Laura Anne Jewell, of Cairo, Nebraska, and to her heirs forever,
<br /> Lot Thirteen (13) in Block Ten (10) of the Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> FOURTH
<br /> I hereby devise to mp� beloved grandson, Donald Bruhn, the Torthwest Quarter (NW�) of Section Tr,�enty-nine (29),
<br /> Township Twelve (12), North, Range Eleven �11), West of the 6th P. M., in Hal.l County, rebraska, and to his heirs forever.
<br /> F IFTH
<br /> The rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of any and all natures whatsoever and wheresoever situated, I
<br /> hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved grand-children, Charles Bruhn, Bonnie Sievers, Jeannine Bruhn and
<br /> Daisy Luhn, share and share alike, and to their heirs forever; provided, however, that if any one mr more shall die
<br /> before I do, without any issue them surviving, then this devise and bequeath to such person shall lapse, and shall
<br /> then pass to the others named in this paragraph.

<br /> I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved grandson, Donald Bruhn, to be the Executor of this, my
<br /> last Will and Testament, and reques*., that no bond be required of him, except his own personal recognizance.
