<br /> I, JUL NS EWOLDT, of Grand Island, Nebraska being af sound. mind, memory and understanding, considering the
<br /> certainty of death, do hereby make and publish this my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking and annulling all
<br /> WILLS by me heretofore made, in any manner, or form whatsoever, and set forth my wishes as folla�ws:

<br /> I hereby direct that my F.�cecutor, hereinafter named, to pay aIl my just debts and fvneral expenses as soon after
<br /> my death as can conveniently be done.
<br /> II
<br /> I hereby direct that I be buried as arranged with my Fxecutor.
<br /> III
<br />, And and all personalty that has not already been disposed of, that I may have or own at my d�ath, I hereby will
<br /> and bequeath to my loving wife, Minnie M. Ewoldt.
<br /> IV
<br /> I hereby will and bequeath the farm as follows:
<br /> A. An vndivided one-third interest t o my loving wife, Minnie M. Ewoldt.
<br /> B, The reamining undivided two-thirds interest in the farm, I hereby will and bequeath to my children, Harry
<br /> C. E�oldt, Max A. Ewoldt, Lydia F,. Heesch, �lizabeth C. Scheel, and Norma M. Jakob. They are to share and share
<br /> alike.
<br /> C. It is my wish that my loving wife, Minnie M, EWOldt have a life estate in the farm as a whole and to use all
<br /> the profits therefrom for her own needs and care.
<br /> V.
<br /> As F.xecutor of this my LAST WILL AND TF,STAMENT, I hereby name my son, Max A. Ewoldt.
