<br /> with the compromise settlements effected betwe�n the interested parties and on file in this Court in this cause
<br /> dated July 19, 1951, and November 5, 1951.
<br /> (8) S IRTH
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 17th day of November, 1951, an order of th�s Court was made allciwing claims
<br /> against t"his estate and barring the filing of any and all other claims against said estate and excluding the holders
<br /> thereof from setting up�-o'r asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br /> SEVENTH
<br /> The Court further finds that all clai.ms against said estate, including the costs of administration. thereof and all
<br /> legacies excepting those to Charles Wasmer, Caroline Ashton, Isabel Wasmer, Louis Wasmer, Arthur C. Mayer and Fred I.
<br /> Funk, have been fully paid by said F.xecutors and that the Final Report is true and correct in all respects and should
<br /> be approved and allowed; tha.t the C rnirt has made and entered an order herein fixing fees and commissions of the Executors,
<br /> attorney�s fees, and determining inheritance taxes due and awing from t he several legatees, which order is of even date
<br /> herewith; the Court further finds that addition to the in heritance taxes therein determined, the sum of $700.00 paid
<br /> to Robert L. Metz is subject to the payment of inheritance tax after deducting $500.00 as his statutory exemption,
<br /> leaving $200.00 thereof subiect to tax on which the inheritance tax is the su�n of $12.00, whi�ch is due and owi.ng from
<br /> him to the Countp Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska; that after paqment of all inheritance taxes owin� in tTiis estate,
<br /> and papment of Executors� fees and commissiDns and attorneyts fees, that there remains in the hands of said E�cecutors
<br /> the sum of $14,641.08, which is di.stributable in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Last Will and
<br /> Testament and Codicils thereto and agreements on file with this Court between the interested parties as follaws:

<br /> To Caroline Ashton - 2,414.84
<br /> To Isab�l Wasmer - 2,32�k.84
<br /> To Louis Wasmer - 2,414.84
<br /> To Arthur C. Mayer - 2,700.85
<br /> To Fred I. Funk - 2,370.87;
<br /> the Coart further Finds that there is dae and payable no State Estate Tax whatsoever and that this estate is subject
<br /> to the payment of no Federal F.state Tax whatsoever;
<br /> IT IS THERFFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of Theodore William Baumer and
<br /> Herbert F. Mayer, Executors, be and the same is herebp approved and allowed as such; that said Testatrix and decedent
<br /> was knawn as Charlotte C. Wasmer, Charlotte C. von Wasmer, Charlotte Wasmer and Miss Charlotte Wasmer, and that all of
<br /> them were one and the same ard identical person and that said Testatrix was the daughter of Ma.rie C. W. von Wasmer;
<br /> (9) that the heirs-at-law o� said Testatrix are those hereinbefore determined in Paragraph Fourth of this decree; that
<br /> the proceeds from the sale of the property described in Paragraph Sixth hereof was devised and bequeathed accord��ng to
<br /> the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament and Codicils thereto of said Testatrix unto the le�atees and
<br /> in the amounts set forth in Para�raph Sixth hereof; that after payment of Executors� fees and commissions, attorneyts
<br /> fees and inheritance taaces herein and heretofore determined by the Court by said Executors, that the sum remaining in
<br /> their hands in the amount of $14,641.08 be paid by them as determined in Paragraph Seventh hereof and upon said
<br /> Exedutors� filing receipts with this Court showing payment of said fees, commissions, inheritance taxes and
<br /> distribution, that they be discharged, their bond herein filed released and said estate fully administered, settled
<br /> a nd closed; it is further expressly ordered that this estate i.s subject to the paqment of no Federal Estate Tax nor
<br /> State Estate Tax whatsoever.
