Wasmer, also known as Cha.rlotte C. von Wasmer, (6) <br /> at the time of her death was an unmarried maiden lady, that her parents had preceded her in death and that she left the <br /> following heirs-at-law and only heirs-at-law, to wit: <br /> Arnold Koenig and Richard Koenig, nephews, and Marie Janss, niece, being all of the children of Agatha Koenig, a pre- <br /> deceased sister of said Testa.trix; <br /> Frances Klemm, niece, Theodore William Baumer, nephew, and Henrp Lehman, Adeline Taylor and Dvrothy Dowd, being children <br /> of Dora Lehman, a predeceased ni.ece of said Testatrix; Fred I, Funk, son of Louis Funk, a predeceased nephew, said nieces <br /> and nephew be ing children of Adeli.ne Metz, a predeceased sister of said Testatriac; <br /> Caroline R. Ashton, someti.mes known as Carrie Ashton, niece, Charles Wasmer, also known as Charles P. Wasmer, nephew, <br /> being children of Charles von Wasmer, a predeceased brother of said Testatrix; <br /> Antonie Gowen, Octavia Bullock, nieces and Alexander Wasmer, nephew; Lloyd von Wasmer, son of William Wasmer, a <br /> precedeased nephew, said nieces and nephews being children of William Wasmer, a predeceased brother of said Testatrix; <br /> Louis Wasmer, nepttew, being a son of Louis von Wasmer, a predeceased brother of said Testatri�c; <br /> Maggie Wasmer, a niece; George W. Bartenbach, Helen Connell and Nenrietta Baer, being all of the children of Elfrieda <br /> Bartenbach, a predeceased niece; Cladys Wasmer, daughter of Herman Wasmer, a predeceased nephew, said nephew and nieces <br /> being children of Christian von Wasmer, a predeceased brother of said Testatrilc; <br /> F IFTH <br /> The Court further finds that on the 21st day of July, 1951, an order of this Court was made allawing creditors <br /> three months from and after the 15th day of August, 1951, in which to f ile their claims agaiis t said estate and said <br /> Executors one year in which to settle said estate, and further ordering that �iotice to creditors be pui�lished in the <br /> Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, for three successive <br /> weeks prior to the 18th day of Au�ust, 1951, and that a hearing on claims filed against said estate would be held at <br /> the office of the County Judge of Hall Count�, Nebraska, on the 17th day of November, 1951, at 9 o�clock a.m., and it <br /> appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published as ordered by this court. <br /> S IXTH <br /> The Court further finds that on the ?th day of August, 1951, said Theodore William Baumer and Herbert F. Mayer, <br /> Execut ors of said estate, filed in this Court the.ir. Inventorp of the property of said estate, and that according to <br /> said Inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the fallawing described property, to-wit: <br /> Lot Four (4) in Block One Hundred Thirty (130) of Koenig and Wiebets Addition to the City of Grand Island, in <br /> Hall County, Nebraska., � <br /> and miscellaneous old household furniture and persona�. effects; (?) <br /> the Court further finds that according to the terms, conditions and provisions of said Last Will and Testament and <br /> Cod.icils thereto of said deceased, said property was directed to be sold as said Fxeuctors might see fit and converted <br /> into money as earlp as said Executors deemed it advisable and after papteent of a11 expenses inaident thereto including <br /> the expenses of the last illness, burial, probating said Will and Codicils and administering her estate as well as all <br /> expenses which said Executors and fees to which they map be entitled have been paid, the balance, after the payment of <br /> the sum of $450.00 for a monument and hea�stones at a total cost not to exceed $500.00, was bequeathed unto and said <br /> Executors directed to pay the same as follows: <br /> To Theodore Baumer - $800.00; <br /> To the children of Mrs. Dora Lehman, who preceded Testa�rix in death and whom this Court determined to <br /> be: Henry Lehman, Adel ine Taylor and Dorothy Dowd - $50p.00 divided equally among them; <br /> To the children of Mrs. Elfrieda Bartenbach who preceded said Testatrix in death and whom the Court <br /> determined to be: Ceorge Bartenbach, Helen Connell and Henrietta Baer - $100.00 divided equally among <br /> them; <br /> To Magg�e Wasmer - $50.00; <br /> To Mrs. Frances Klemm, named in said Will as Mrs. Frances Klem - $100.00; <br /> To Hans Juergens von Wasmer - $100.00; <br /> To �rustees of St. Paults English Luthern Church - $1,000.00; <br /> To Mrs. Frieda Roeser - $50.00; <br /> To the heirs of Herman Metz who preceded Testatri�c in death and whom this �ourt determined to have died <br /> without issue, but the residuary legatees in this estate effected a compromise settlement in the sum of <br /> $700.00 with Robert L. Metz, who claimed to be adopted son of said Herman Metz - $100.00; <br /> To Charles Wasmer - $100.00; � <br /> To Mrs. Carrie Ashton, whose real name is Caroline R.
