<br /> WILL WAS EXECUTED ON TI� 16TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1938
<br /> I, Charlo�tt C, von Wasmer, do hereby make this my codicil to my will executed on the 16th day of Noveraber, 1938,
<br /> and do hereby ratify and confirm the above will in everp part but provide that the legacp therein given to Mrs. Frieda
<br /> Roeser shall be fixed at Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and in the event that my estate shall be more than sufficient to pap
<br /> all legacies, the augmentation set out in my will shall not applp to the legacy to the said Frieda Rceser.
<br /> It is my will and I hereby give and bequeath to Arthur C. Mayer, the snn of Arthur C. Maper, my legal adviser, the
<br /> sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), to hitn and to his heirs-at-law.
<br /> I further provide that in the event that my estate is insuffieiznt to pap al➢. l�gacies provided in my will and the
<br /> legacy provided in this codicil, then all said legacies shall be scaled do�wn proportionately. On the other hand, should
<br /> my estate be more than sufficient to pay all legacies in full, the the following legacies shall be inereased in like
<br /> proportion and I therefore increase the legacies to Herman Metz, Charles Wasmer, Carrie Ashton, Isabel Wasmer, Louis
<br /> Wasmer and Arthur C. Maqer in and to such an amount as will absorb said surplus.

<br /> ($50) subject to increase or decrease as provided in PP 6 of said will.
