<br /> under the� Last Will and Testament and Codicils thereto of Charlotte C. Wasmer, also kno�wn as Charlotte C. von Wasmer,
<br /> deceased, filed in this Caurt their final account as such F�cecutors and a petition praying that said account be

<br /> notice of the pendence of said petition and hearing thereon be given to all persons interested in said estate by
<br /> publishing sach notice in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said County, for three weeks
<br /> prior to said day of hearing; and it appears bp proof on file that notice was given as ordered by Court and that no
<br /> objeetions t o said final account have been made or filed.
<br /> llpon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being advised in the premises, the Court finds

<br /> That Charlotte C. Wasmer, also known as Charlotte C. von Wasmer, departed this life on May 31, 1951, at the
<br /> Hastings State Hospital in Ingleside, Nebraska, testate, and at the time of her death she was a bonafide resid�nt of
<br /> Hall �County, Nebraska;
<br /> SECOND
<br /> (2) That on the Sth day of ,Tune, 1951, Theodore William Baumer and Herbert F. Mayer filed in this Court instruments
<br /> purporting to be the Laat Will and Testament and Codicils thereto of said Charlotte C. Wasmer, also knawn as Charlotte
<br /> C, van Wasmer, deceased, wherein said petitioners were named Eacecutors, and a petition offering said Will and Codicils
<br /> for probate and on the Sth day of June, 1951, an order of this Court was made therein assigning the 12th day of Julp,
<br /> 1951:, at 10 otclock a.m., in the County Court Room in said County as the time and place for hearing said petition,
<br /> proving said Will and Codicils and admitting the same to probate and ordering that notice of the pendencp of said
<br /> petition and hearing thereon be given to all persons interested in said matter by publishing said noticie in the Grand
<br /> Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said County, for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing,
