<br /> Now on th is 31st day of October, 1946, this cause came an for hearing upon the peti.tion and f inal report of
<br /> Frances iTye, Admi.ni.stratrix of the Estate of Oscar Dye, deceased, and after an examination of the final report the
<br /> Court f inds that the said Fra.rces Dye has acceunted for all money coming into her hands as administratrix of the said
<br /> estate; that she has paid the funeral expenses, the Court cests and attorney fees and that no money remains in her
<br /> hands for distri►�ut.ion and the Court further finds that said report is correct and is allawed and approved.
<br /> The Court further finds that the said Osca.r Dye departed this life on the 22nd day of November, 1945 and at the
<br /> time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Fiall County, Nebraska; that he was the owner of Lots One (1),
<br /> Trro (2), Three (3) and Four (4) in Rlock One (1) in Lambertfs Addition to the City of Grand. Island, Hall Countp,
<br /> Nebraska, and that said premises were occupied a.s his home at the time of his dea.th; that the said Oscar Dye left no
<br /> Last Wili and Testament and un�3er the laws of the State of Nebraska, at the time of his death the above described real
<br /> estate did pass and descend to his mother, Frances Dye in abselute title.
<br /> The Court further fi.nds that the said Oscar Dye was never married; that he left no wife nor children surviving
<br /> him; that his father preceded him in death and that Fra.nces Dye, his mother, was is sole and only h.eir-at-law.
<br /> IT IS THF.REFORE, ORDERFD, ADJUDGFD AND DFCREED BY THE COURT tha.t the above described prqperty, to-wit:
<br /> Lots One (1), 'I�o (2), Three (3) and Four (4) in B1ock One (1) in LambertTS Addition to the City of Crand
<br />' Island, Hall County, rebraska,
<br /> d id pass and descend at the date of the death of Oscar Dye to his mother, Frances Dye, in absolute title.
<br /> The Court further finds that notice to creditors of the probating of said Estate of Oscar Dye, deceased, was pub-
<br /> lished as provided by the arder of this Court f or three weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, notifying all
<br /> persons having c].aims against sai.d estate that said claims be filed on or before May 29, 1946; that no claims were
<br /> f iled against said estate and if there a.re any clai.ms outstanding, the same are barred and precl�led.
<br /> IT IS THF.RFFORF., ORDERED, ADjUDGED AND DFCREED BY THF.. COURT that any claims against the F.state of Oscar Dye�
<br /> deceased, which were not filed within the time provided by the order of this Court are forever barred and precluded,
<br /> The Court further f i.nds that sa.id estate is not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska
<br /> or of the United States. ,
<br /> The Court further finds that the �?ic� Frances Dye advanced some of her personal funds with which to pay the
<br /> funeral expenses and costs but in her final report she has waived any claim for payment thereof.
<br /> IT IS THF.REFORE, ORDERED, AD,JUDGED AND DF.CREED BY THF. COURT that the final report of Frances Dye is approved and
<br /> that said estate is he,reby closed and that Frances Dye is released of her bond as administratrix of said estate.
