<br /> 4. That due notice to creditors has been given and that all claims filed and allowed by the court have been

<br /> inventory f iled herein and that said real estate is devised and is hereby assigned as follows:

<br /> b. W2NE4 of 11-15-1, Butler County, Nebraska to Hazel Knowles, absolutely and in fee simple.
<br /> c. N2NE� of 14-15-1, and WZiCW4 of 13-15-1, all in Butler County, Nebraska, to Floqd Want, absolutelq and in
<br /> fee simple.
<br /> d. SW-�� of 19-19-9, Greeley County, NebraSka; E2 of 7-7-29, Sheridan County, Kansas; N2 of Lot l, Block Z
<br /> Garlaw�s Addition to David City, Nebraska; and an undivided interest in the Easterly 40 feet of Lot
<br /> '7 in Block 63 in Wheeler f� �ennett�s Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; to Geulian Clemmer,
<br /> Hazel Knowles, Floyd Want and Theedore R. L�roctor in equal shares, absolutely, and in fee simple.
<br /> 8. That according to the terms of the last will and testament of said testator the residue of the personal
<br /> ,�property which said executor has on hand and which consists of the swn of $6390.92 and three participa�ion certificates
<br /> i� devised to and is hereby assi�ned to said Geulian Clengner, Hazel Knawles, Floyd Want and Theodore R. Proctor in
<br /> equal shares subject, hawever, to the payment of costs of administration, attornep fee, executor fee, bequest of $500
<br /> to Theodore R. Proetor, and state inheritance tax and federal estate tax when and if it is determined that said estate
<br /> is subject to such tax.
<br /> WHEREFORE it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the final account of said executor be and the same is hereby
<br /> approved, allowed and confirmed in all respects; and that upon payment of the items defined in paragraph 8 of the
<br /> findings of this decree and upon filing of receipts evidencing sud� payments, said executor shall be discharg� and his
<br /> bondsmen released fnom liability.

<br /> (80) acres all in Sectian Twenty-four (24) and the West Half of the riorthea.st Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br /> (W2NE�iQW�) of Section Twentp�five (25) and containing Twenty (20) acres all in Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven
<br /> (11), West of the 6th P.M., HaII County, A'ebraska, subject, however, to the life estate hereinabove bequeathed to my
<br /> beloved wife, F,�na Schultz.
