<br /> May, 1951, instruments purporting to be the Last Will and Testament and Codicils thereto of Antonie Voss, deceased,
<br /> were filed for probate in this Court. That on the 26th day of Map, 1951,said instraments to which this certificate is

<br /> Antonie Voss, at the time of fier death, was a wid�+ and �hat she left the follawing heirs-at-law and only heirs-at-law,
<br /> to-wit: Emil J. Voss, Adolph Voss, Hartwig Jloss, Bernhard B. Voss, also knawn as Barney B. Voss, and Elfrieda V. Ford,
<br /> her children, all over the age of twenty-one years, she having had no other children leaving them issue surviving.

<br /> The �ourt fnrther : �inds that on the 26th day of May, 1951, an order of this Court Was made allowing creditors
<br /> three months from and after the 20th day of June, 1951, in which to file their claim� against said estate and said
<br /> Executor one year in which to settle said estate, and further ordering that notice to creditors be published in the
<br /> Grand Island Independent, �a legal :newspaper published and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, for three successive
<br /> weeks prior to the 20th day of June, 1951, and that a hearing on claims filed against said estate would be held at
<br /> the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska on the 22nd day of September, 1951, at 9 o�clock a.m., and it
<br /> appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published as ordered by this Court.

<br /> The Court further finds that on the 29th dap of May, 1951� sai� Herbert F. Mayer as Executor filed in .. this

<br /> that according to said inventorp, the deceased died seized and possessed of the follawing described propertq, to-wit:

<br /> a part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W2SE4) of Section Eleven (11), in Township Eleven (11), N orth, Range

<br /> The Court further finds that according to the terms, conditions and provisions o�' said Last Will ��d Testament
<br /> and Codicils thereto of said deceased, all wearing apparel, bedding, linens, fancy work, jewelry and silverware were
<br /> bequeathed to said Elfrieda V. Ford, excepting ' such thereof as had been given said Testatrix bp her chi�:dren, which
<br /> gifts she bequeathed to such don�rs; the contents of decedents china cabinet were bequeathed to Elfrieda V. Ford, to
<br /> be bq her divided among the fine ��children of said Testatrix; the sum of $1.00 was bwqueathed to Dove Voss and the sum
<br /> of $1.00 to Thora Purcell; the real estate situated in Section 11, in Tor�nship 11 North, Range 9, more particularly .'
<br /> hereinbefore desaribed, was devised to Herbert F. Mayer as Executor to ..be bp him divided into five parts among the
<br /> four children of said Testatrix, to-wit: Emil J. Voss, Adolph Voss, Elfrieda V. Ford and Barney B. Voss, and Nerbert
<br /> F. Map�r as Trustee for :Hartwig Voss, to each such part thereof as said children and said Trustee might agree upon in
<br /> order to make an equitable and of value�,e qual distribution among said children; in the event that such equitable
<br /> division thereof agreeable to �afidN^c'���"ren and ssd Trnstee could not be made, which fact is evidenced by the state-
<br /> ment of inability to agree made in writing b� four of said children and filed With this Court on August 20, 1951, then
<br /> said Executor was directed to sell said land at public aale along with the rest of the real estate belonging to said
<br /> dec�ec�t and the net proceeds, after papment of expenses incident to such sale and furnishing a merchantable title and 1
<br /> abstracts to the purchasers, was bequeathed as follows:

<br /> the provisions of Paragraph 7 of the Cod cil to the Last Will and Testa�ent of said Testatrix, which Codicil bears date
<br /> of November 14, 1947. .

<br /> The Court further finds that on the 22nd dap of September, 1951, _an order of �this Conrt was made barring :the
<br /> filing �f any and all further claims against said estate and excluding the holders thereof fr�n settingtup or asserting
<br /> any such claims against said estate, and on the 29th dap of Septe�ber, 1951, ;>a hearing was held on claims, and
<br /> objecCions filed by said E�cecutor to the claim of Elfrieda V. Ford, Nh�se claim was allowed by the Court in the sum of
<br /> $233.70, and which claim, as allawed by the Court, has been fully paid by �$id E�cecutor,�
<br /> SEVENTH. (9)
<br /> The Court further finds that said Executor sold all of the real estate belonging to said decedent at public sale
<br /> as directed by said Last Will and Testament and Codicils thereto, and has liquidated all of said estate, has paid all
<br /> of the specific legacies in said Will and Codicils directed, excepting the legacies to Emil J. Voss in the swn of .�$250.00
<br /> and �he legacy to Herbert F. Mayer as Trustee for Ha+rtwig Voss in the sum of $250.00. The Court further finds that
<br /> determination of liability for inheritance tax in this estate has been made by this Court by order entered herein on
<br /> January 18, 1952, and that this estate is subject to the payment of no inheritance tax whatsoever and is wholly :
<br /> exempt fram Federal Estate Tax and State Eatate Tax; the Court further finds that all claims against said estate,
