<br /> opinion necessary, for the care, comfort, keep and support of my said son Hartwig Voss, for and during the lifetime of
<br /> said Hartwig Voss or until said trust funds have been entirely used for said purpose; in the event; that my said son
<br /> Hartwig shall recover sufficient health in the opinion of �y said Trustee to be able to handle and manage his own
<br /> business affairs, then said Trustee map turn over unto my said son Hartwig Voss, all of the trwst property and upon
<br /> said Trustee filing the receipt of said Hartwig Voss with the County Jud�e of Ha11 County, Nebraska, showing such
<br /> distribution and payment, said trust shall. thereby be terminated and said Trustee discharged and released; upon the
<br /> death of said Hartwig Voss, should said trust be in force and effect, I direct said �rustee to pay the expenses of the
<br /> funeral and burial of my said son Hartwig Voss in such amount as said '�rustee deems reasonable and request that his body
<br /> be �uried on ntp cemetery lot in Crand Island, Nebraska, at the expense of said trust and any funds then pet remaining
<br /> in said trust or any propertp belonging to said trust� after payment of all of the f oregoing, and the expenses of said
<br /> trust, I hereby direct saa.d Trustee to divide the same share and share alike, among the other of my said four children,
<br /> to wit; Emil J. Voss, AdAlph Voss, Elfrieda V. Ford and Barney B. Voss, to them and to their heirs forever.

<br /> In the event that my said Trustee, Herbert F. Mayer� hereinbef ore named and appointed, shall fail to complete
<br /> said trust for any reason whatsoever, in that event I hereby appoint the First National Bank of Gra.nd Island, Nebraska,
<br /> as successor Trustee, gra.nting unto said successor Trustee all of the powers and discretion hereinbefore �iven unto said
<br /> Herbert F, Mayer, as Trustee.

<br /> As hereinbefore amended, I hereby renew, publish and redeclare said Last Will and Testament made by me on April
<br /> 4, 1940.

<br /> I, Antonie Voss, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do herebq ma.ke, publish
<br /> and declare this codicil to my La.st Will and Testament made by me April 4, 1940, and to the Codicil thereto made by me
<br /> on November 14, 1947, in words as follvws, to wit;

<br /> In the last four lines on page 3 of paragraph 7 of the Codicil dated November 14, 1947, wherein is stated "In the

<br /> and bringing my said son Hartwig to the home of said Emil J. Voss here in Grand Island, Nebraska, for his convalesence,
