<br /> Now on this 20th day of December, 1951, this matter came on to be heard on the final accounr, and petition for
<br />� discharge of George E, 13eyersdorf, Administrator of the Estate of Otto C. Beyersdorf, deceased, and for the distribution
<br /> of the person.al property of said estate, and the assignment of the real estate of the said estate; that evidence was
<br /> submitted to the Co2zrt in con.sideration whereof the Court finds as follows:
<br /> That C.eorge F.. I3eyersdorf, filed his Petition for Letters of Administration alleging among other things that Otto
<br /> C, �eyersdorf, de�arted this life on the 7th day of September, 1950, and �oas at the time a resident and inhabitant of
<br /> the said County and State, and was the owner of an estate to be administered in said County; that the deceased died
<br /> intestate; that an order was entered, fixing a time and place for hearing the evidence of said Petition, giving notice
<br /> thereof to all interested parties by publicatior, of said notice for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily
<br /> Independent, a legal newspaper published in said County; that said hearing was had and said Letter�sof Administration
<br /> were granted to George E. Beyersdorf upon the filing of his bond in this Court, as by law required.
<br /> That due and lega.l notice has been given to all persons, of the time and place fixed by the Court for filin� all
<br /> claims against the estate and by publication of said notice in. the Grand Island .Daily Independent, a legal newspaper,
<br /> for three successiv� weeks; that a11. persons having claims against said estate, if any there should be, if not filed
<br /> within the time f ixed by said court, should be forever barred from asserting any such claim against said estate.
<br /> Tha.t the Deceased, at the time of his death left no widow, she, having predeceased him. He left surviving him as
<br /> his heirs at law �nd only heirs at law and neat of kin, the f ollowing; Amelia Beyersdorf Beekman, Daughter of Longview,
<br /> Washington; George F. Beyers�orf� son of Grand Island, Nebraska; Robert F. Beyersdorf, son of Gibbon, Nebraska; Dora
<br /> Beyersdorf Dunn, daughter of Minneapolis, Mi_nnesota; Augusta M. Beyersdorf Parvin, daughter of Cozad, Nebraska; Irene
<br /> Beyersdorf Fendaz, da.ughter of West Kelso, G��ashington; all of legal age; and Alex G. Beyersdorf, a son who died March
<br /> 1, 1951, leaving a wife, Irene Beyersdorf and two minor children, Sandra Ann Beyersdorf, age 12, and Larry Dean
<br /> Beyersdorf, age 9; that the said Irene Beyersdorf, widow of the said Alex G. Beyersdorf, is not the mo�hem of the two
<br /> minor children who are the issue of the said A1ex G, Beyersdorf, by another marriage.

<br /> The Court finds that the deceased died intestate leaving an estate in Hall County, rebraska, consisting of the

<br /> The Court further finds that the attorney did a great deal of extra work in the law suit against the Chapman
<br /> Cooperative Credit Association and in defending the estate against the cl.aim of Rosa Grotzky; that the Attorneyts fee
<br /> is set at $750.00; that the Administrator did extra work and is entitled to a fee of $235.00.
<br /> That after the payment of all debts, claicns court costs, Administrator has on hand, the sum of $3,788.71 to be
<br /> distributed among the heirs of the deceased.
<br /> The Court further finds that the deceased was the owner, at the time of his death of the f ollowing described real
<br />' property, to-wit:
<br /> The East t�leven (11) Feet, of Lot Four (4), and the ta�est Thirty-si�c (36) Feet of Lot Three (3), all in Block
<br /> -2- 138, Union Pacific Railway Compa.ny�s Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hali County, Nebraska, more
<br /> commonly known as 41? West 9th Street,
<br /> The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by
<br /> said Court for hearing of the Fina7_ Report bp publication of said notice for three successive weeks in the Grand
<br /> Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper; that no one appearing to obiect to said Report and the Court having
<br /> examined the same, finds tha.t the Reporr, is true and correct in all things and should be approved and allowed; that
<br /> said estate should be closed, and distribution made to the heirs; that said Administrator and his sureties should be
<br /> discharged from his official bond.
<br /> The Court further finds tl�at all claims against said estate ha.ve been paid by the Administrator; that said estate
<br /> is not subject to State or Federal Inheritance Tax.
<br /> IT IS THERFFORE ORDERFD, �D,�UDGFD �"I�TD DFCRF,ED bp the Court, that any and all persons having claims against the
<br /> said estate not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred; The Fstate not
<br /> subject to Sta.te or Federal Inheritance Ta.x.
