<br /> , utrix of the last will and testament of Mary ,�ane Cosgrove, deceased, and upon her petition f or a settlement of said
<br /> estate and her discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files and being duly advised in the
<br /> premises finds that due an.d legal notice has been given to all persnns interested in said estate of the time and place
<br /> fi.xed f or hearing upon the final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one appearing to object to said
<br /> report, the Court having examined the same, together with the vouchers on file and the testi.mony offered in support
<br /> thereof, and being duly advised in the premises finds that said report is true and correct in all things, and the same
<br /> ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said executri�c.
<br /> The �ourt further finds that the said Mary Jane Cosgrove departed this life on the 30th day of October, 1950,
<br /> testate, and at the time of her death the said Mary Jane Cosgrove was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> The Court further finds tha^t on the 2nd day of November, 1950, Mary Prater filed in �his Court her verified
<br /> petition praying f or the allowance and probation of an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of the
<br /> said Mary Tane Cosgrove, deceased; that thereupon, the Court fixed the 29th day of November, 1950 as the day for making
<br /> proof on said will and due notice of the filing of said petition and the time and place filced for hearing thereon was
<br /> given by the Court in the manner provided by law; that thereafter, namely; on the 14th day of ATovember, 1950, jaalter
<br /> C. Oakes, nephew of the said Mary Jane Cosgrove, f iled objections to the probate of said will and later filed a request
