<br /> devisees of said deceased, and the respecti_ve places of residence of ea.ch, are in said petition correctly stated,

<br /> upon said petitier, as if notice had beer. served. upon them in mar:r.er and form as by statute provided;
<br /> �^,nd it r<ow a.ppearir..g to the court, from the proefs l�erein made, that the said Carl Menssen departed this life on
<br /> or about t�1e date in said. petitior. alleged being at that time a resident in the aforesa.id county of ;�'oodford and that
<br /> due notice of the pendency of this proceeding ha.s been given to all the heirs at law, legatees and devisees of said
<br /> decea.sed, in manner and form as by sta.tute in such case made ancl prov�ded, the court doth find that it has full ard
<br /> complete jurisdiction to hea.r and determine this cause.
<br /> And now or this heaxing come Frances Sundquist and George H. P�iley who appear to be credible witnesses and
<br /> declare or. oath before the court that they �aere present at the execution of said purported Will and saw the said
<br /> Carl '�fensser si_gn the same, that, in his presence and at his request, they sign.ed the same as witnesses thereto and
<br /> that they believed the said Carl �ienssen. to be of saur.d mind and memory and under no restraint at the time of signing
<br /> the same.
<br /> And r.ow the ceurt havirag heard the evidence and proofs herein and beira �ufficiently advised in the premises,
<br /> doth find tha.t the said purported [�'ill, aforesaid, has been duly pr�ven, that the same �aas duly executed and
<br /> a.ttested according to law, that there i.s no proof of fraud, compulsion or other improper conduct exhibited herein and
<br /> that at the time of the execution of the same, the said �`arl Me�ssen was ef sound mind and memory and under no restraint.
