<br /> true; that the said Tina Grotzky died intestate, a citizen and resident of Grand Island, Hal7_ County, Nebraska, on
<br /> October 23 1949 while tem oraxily visi�ing in Los P-.ngeles California seized and ossessed at the time of her

<br /> tha.t more than two years h.ave elapsed since the death of the said Tina Grotsky, and tha.t no application has been made in
<br /> the Sta.te of hehra.ska for the a.ppointment of a.n admi.nistrator of the state of said deceased; tha.t said deceased was a
