<br /> only heirs at Iaw the persons described in finding number six hereof, That the said real estate which the said deceased
<br /> 3ied seized and possesse� as hereinbefore described is hereby assigned pursuant to the terms of the last �aill and
<br /> testament of the said deceased in fee to Jennie Goble and upon filing in this court by the executrix of receipts for
<br /> items of 3isbursement and exper.ditur.e the executrix be discharged and her bond released. That attached hereto is a true
<br /> copy of the ]a st will ar,3 testament of the sai.d deceased and a certificate of probate thereof.
