<br /> The �ourt further finds that on the 23rd day of ?�arch, 1951, said Barney Stoltenberg, Executor of said��estate,
<br /> filed in this Court his inventory of the prope�ty of said estate, and that according to said inventory, the deceased
<br /> died seized and possessed of thP follawing described property, to-wit:

<br /> to which said decedent held title jointly with Ferdinand Stoltenberg, who preceded her indeath on July 30, 1936.

<br /> The ^ourt furth�r fi_rds that according to the terms, conditions and provi.sions of said Last �dill and Testament
<br /> of said deceased, said property was devised and bequeathed unto �iarney Stoltenb�rg, as Ex�cutor, and he- directed to
<br /> sell said real estate within one year from the date of the death of said decedent, upon such terms and conditions as to
<br /> him may seem best, he *o be the sole judge thereof, and it not be necessary that he procure authority or order from
<br /> any Court whatsoever to make such sa,le, and after all of said estate was converted into cash by said F_xecutor, the net
<br /> proceeds were bequeathed and he was dir�cted to distribute the same as follows :

<br /> The Court further finds that on th� 21st day of Tuly, 1951, an order of this Court was made barring the filing
<br /> of any and all claims against said estate and excluding the holders th�reof from setting up or asserting any such claims
<br /> against this estate.

<br /> The Court further finds `�that ;�izrstzar.t to the provisions of said Last �aill and Testament, said $arney Stoltenberg
<br /> liquidated the personal prop�rty of sa.id decPdent, and sold th� real estate described in Paragraph Fifth here'a� at pub-
<br /> lic sale to Lena 1�. GJeides, which rea]_ estate was sold for the sum of $13,700.00, and collected said purchase money
<br /> from said purch�ser and conveyed sai� premises to her, and after the payment of all debts, expensQS and costs of admin-
<br /> istration, that there rem�in�d for distribution among the eight legatees named in Paragraph Fifth hereof the sum of
<br /> $14,027.35, which sum has been distributed by said Executor unto said legatees pursuant to the texms and provisi:ons of
<br /> the Last Will and Tcstarnent of said dec�dent, a.nd that there is due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, no inheritance tax herein �ahatso�ver, and that this �state is subject to the payment of no Federal Estate
<br /> Tax.
<br /> IT �S THFR?�FORr O�D�±,�C'D, A��LTnGFD �`�I�TD .DECREFD I3Y THE COURT that the Final Report of Barney Stoltenberg, Executor,
<br /> be and th� same is he�eby approved and allowed as such; that Kenneth Stoltenberg, one of the bencficiarics named in the
<br /> Last Will and Testament of said decedent, is a minor, survived said Testatr�, and the one-eighth shar� of the net estate
<br /> due him is payable to Rarney Stoltenb�rg as Trust�e under the provisions of said Last Will and Testament; that the
<br /> property described in Paragraph Fifth hereof was devised and bequeathed according to the terms and conditions of said
<br /> Last Will and Testament as set forth in Paragraph Fifth hereof and that said Fxecutor has made full complete distribution
<br /> of said estate in a.ccordance with the provisions of said Last Will and Testament and has filed receipts with this Cpurt
<br /> showing such distribution, and he theref ore is hereby discharged, his bond released a,nd said estate fully administered,
<br /> settl�d and closed.
