<br /> This cause came on for hearing this 29th day ofAugust, 1951, upon the final report of Raymond Voss and Ermna Voss
<br /> Executors, of the last will and testament of Henry J. Voss, deceased, f or findings, orders, judgments and decrees as
<br /> follows�
<br /> The Court, having examined the records, files and the evidence, finds that legal notice has been given to all
<br /> persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said report as ordered by the Court, and
<br /> no one appearing to object, the �ourt finds that said report is true and correct and is hereby approved and allowed as
<br /> and f or the final report of said executors,
<br /> The Court finds that said Henry J. Voss died on the 19th day of November, 1950, and was then a resident and
<br /> inhabitant of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, that he left a last will and testament, which, after due and legal
<br /> notice was given as ordered by the Court, was a11�,red and admitted to probate herein on the 27th dap of December, 1950/.
<br /> That upon admission of said�last will and testament, letters testamentary were issued to Raymond Voss and E�ana
<br /> Voss as executors as named in said will and they thereupon qualif ied as such.
<br /> The Court finds that due nd 1
<br /> a egal notice was given to all persons of the time and place fixed for filing claims,
<br /> that all claims file8 have been pa�d and the time so fixed for filing claims has fully expired.
<br /> IT IS, 3'HEREFORE, ORDERFD, ADJUDGED AI�'D DECREED that all claims against said estate not filed herein, if any
<br /> such there be, are f orever barred.
<br /> I The Court finds that all administration expenses have been paid. That the executors have waived executor fees and
<br /> that the attorneys fees have been agreed upt;n and paid.
<br /> The Court finds that said Henry J. Voss left as his sole and only legatee and devisee his �ridow, Emma Voss, and
<br /> that all the residue has been delivered to her.
<br /> The Court finds that E. Merle �icDermott was appointed appraiser of said estate for inheritance tax purposes, that
<br />, upon hearing thereon he made and filed his report, that he reported that the share of Ehuna Voss was subject to State
<br /> Inheritance Tax in the amount of $153.98. That there is no Federal Inheritance Tax due from said estate.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AhD DECREED that said appraiserfs report be, and the sa,me hereby is, approved
<br /> and allowed and the C�zrt finds tY�.t said tax: has been paid.
<br /> The Court finds that said Henry ). Voss died seized of the f ollawing described real estate situated in Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, to—wit:
<br /> The Easterly One Third of Lot Six (6), in Block Fifty—Six (56) Original To�,�n, now City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> �ounty, A'ebraska;
<br /> All that pa.rt of Lot Five (5) of the County Sub—division of the Souith Half of the Southeast Quarter (�2SE4)
<br /> of Section Si�cteen (16), in Township Eleven (11), North, Range h'ine (9), West of the 6th P. M., as surveyed, -�
<br /> ylatted and recorded in Grand Island, Hall County, I�'ebraska, lying North of West Louise Street, and West and
<br /> Nprtherly of Loc�ast Street, and more particularly described as f ollows; Commencing at the Southwest corner of
<br /> said premises, thence North 140 Feet, thence West 75.5 feet, thence South 88.4 Feet to a point on the West
<br /> line of Locust Street, then _58.85 feet in a Southwesterly direction to the North line of West Louise Street,
<br /> thence West 47.25 feet, along the R'orth Line of West Louise Street, to the place of beginning..
<br /> The Court finds that all the aforesaid real estate was devised to ��na Voss, the same has been set aside to her.
<br /> The Court finds that all remaining property belonging to the estate has been assigned, transferred and delivered
<br /> to Emma Voss, sole �:egatee and devisee under said will.
<br /> The Executors having perf ormed fully ali of their duties.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGFD AND DECREED that said Executors be, and they hereby are, released and discharged
<br /> and said estate is hereby settled and closed.
