<br /> I, Henry J. Voss, of the city of Grand Island, Hall County, ATebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do -

<br /> I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses of my last illness and burial, be first paid out of my;�estate.
<br /> SECOND
<br /> I give, devise, and bequeath all of my property, real and personal, which I may naw awn or hereafter acquire, to my
<br /> beloved wife, Emma Voss.
<br /> THIRD
<br /> I nominate and appoint my beloved wife, Fmma Voss, and my son, Raymond voss, as executors of this will, and request
<br /> that they be not required to furnish surety upon their official bond as such execu�brs.
<br /> I hereby authorize and empower my executors to sell my real estate, or any part thereof, which may be necessary for
<br /> the payment of debts, without the order of any court therefor.
