<br /> That on the 4tla dag of i�ecem�er, 19.50, Hugo F. GJindolph, son of said Hugo ��'indolph, deceas�d, filed in this
<br /> Court a petitior. praya.rg for the appeintment of said Hugo E. �ti'indolph as Administrator of the estate of said deceased,
<br /> and on t�e 4th da3T of December, 1950, an order of this Courr was made therein, assigning the 26th day of December, 1950,
<br /> at 10 o�clock a.m., at the �orarity �'ourt poom in said County as the time and place for hearing said petition, and
<br /> ardering that notice czf the �endezlcy of said petition and hearing tliereon be given to all persons interested in sai3

<br /> Kaiser, was, upon his gi.vi,ng hond in rhe sum of �3,000.00 as or•dered by this Court, appointed Administrator of this estate;
<br /> the Court further firtds tha.t the deceased at the time of his deatri, was a widower and no longer married, and that he
<br /> left tl^.e following and o�lly- heir-a±'--1a�1, to-wit: Hugo E. tJindolph, his son.

<br /> Tha� on the 26th day af �ec�znber, 19.54, an order �.�as made herein allowing creditors three months from and a,fter
<br /> the 24th da.y of January, 1951, in which to f ile their claims aga.inst said estate a.nd said Administrator one year in
<br /> which to settle sazd estate, ar;� further ordering that a notice to creditors be published in the Grand Island
<br /> Independen.t, a legal r�ewspaper published and circulating in Ha.l.l County, Nebraska, for three successive weeks prior to
<br /> said 24th day of ,]anuary, 1951, axid that a hearing on claims filed against said estate would be held at the office of
<br /> the; Cour�ty Judge of Ha11 .ounty, Nebraska on April 26, 1951, at 9 o'clock a.m., and it appears by proof on file that notice
<br /> of said order was published as ordered by this Court.

<br /> That Court further finds that on the 26th day of December, 1950, said Gustav L. Kaiser, as Administrator, filed
<br /> in Court his Inventory, with a copy thereof for the County Assessor of Hall County, A'ebraska, of the property of said
<br /> estate, ard that acccrding to said In�.�entory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property,
