<br /> I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify tleat on the 4th day of
<br /> June 1946, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Horace 0. Woodward deceased, was filed for
<br /> probate in this Court. That on the 3rd day o�' July 1946, said instrument �e which this certificate is attached was
<br /> duly proved, probated and allawed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Horace 0.
<br /> Woodward, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br /> This matter ca.me on for hearing this lOth day of July, 1951, upon the report ar�d peti�ion of the executrix and
<br /> executors for distribution
<br /> The Court finds that: due and legal notice of the hearing upon such report and petition was heretofore given to
<br /> al.l persons interested in such estate for the time and in the manner provided by law; the final report of the executrix
<br /> and executors is in all respects, just, trne and correct; due notice has been given to the creditors; all claims allowed
<br /> against such estate, the just debts, funeral expenses, and costs and expenses of administration have been paid;
<br /> All claims not filed against such estate are barred by law; and, Carrie A, Woodward, HoWard N. Woodward, Lloyd
<br /> 0. Woodward, and Francis D. Woodward, this sole legatees and devisees under the will of the decedent have elected to
<br /> take the persanal property belonging to such estate in kind.
<br /> The Court further finds that: upon application of the executrix and executors herein f or determination of Nebraska
<br /> Inheritance Tax, the Court appointed Carl E. Willard, a competent person, as appraiser, as provided for by the laws of
<br /> Nebraska; thereafter such appraiser upon due notice appraised the property�in such estate at fair market value of the
<br /> same and made his report thereof and of such value in writing to the County Judge of Hall Count3�, Nebraska; thereafter
<br /> on December 30, 1946, an order was entered in this cause adjudging, determining, ar�d assessing Ynheritance tax; the
<br /> inheritance tax as assessed against such estate and the shares of certain of the legatees therein has been paid to the
<br /> County Treasu�er of Hall County, Nebraska, as provided by law.
<br /> The Court further finds that the personal property rema.ining for distribution, hereinafter specificallp enumerated
<br /> and described, ac�cording to the terms of the will of the decedent and the election in writing of the legatees above-
<br /> named shall be distributed in kind as hereinafter ordered.
<br /> IT ZS� T�REFORF, COhS IDERED� ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that:
<br /> That account of such executrix and executors is hereby approved, confirmed and allawed;
<br /> The executsix and executors shall assign, transfer and deliver in kind:
<br /> 1. To Carrie A. Woodward for her distributive share of the personal property in such estate the follawing:
<br /> (1) 12S shares of stock in Union Stock Yards Company of Grand Island;
<br /> (2) 39 shares of stock in ConIInercial Investment Trust;
