<br /> LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br /> I, Charles B. Harman, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory, bless be God for the same, but
<br /> real.izing the uncertainty of this mortal life, do hereby make this, my last will and testament, that is to say:
<br /> I.
<br /> I hereby appoint my beloved wife, Lillian M. Harman, of Grand Island, Nebraska, executrix of this will. In the
<br /> event that my said beloved wife should die bef ore my death, or should fail to qualify as executrix, then and in that
<br /> event, I hereby appoint my beloved son, Ulric M. Harman, of Grand Island, Nebraska, executor of this will.
<br /> II.
<br /> I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, and costs of administration shall be paid as soon after my
<br /> death as shall be convenient.
<br /> III.
<br /> All the rest, residue and remainder of mq property, both real and personal, of which I shall die seized or
<br /> pc�ssessed, and to which I am en�ir.l+ed to at the time of m� death, I give, devise, and bequeath to my said beloved wife,
<br /> Lillian M. Harman, to have and to ho�d forever.
<br /> IV.
<br /> In the event that my said beloved wife, Lillian M. Harman, shall die prior to my death, then I give, devise and
<br /> bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of �y property, both real and personal, of which I shall die seized or
<br /> possessed, or to which I am entitled at the ti.me of my death to my beloved sons, Woerner R. Harman and Ulric M. Harman,
<br /> equally, share and share alike.
<br /> V.
<br /> In the event that any beneficiary named in paragraph IV hereof shall die prior to my death and the death of my
<br /> said beloved wife, Lillian M. Harman, then and in that event I give, devise and bequeath the sh�re and portion of my
<br /> estate which said deceased beneficiary or beneficiaries would have taken and received hereunder to the heirs at laW of
<br /> such deceased beneficfary or beneficiaries in the shares and proportions as such heirs at law would take under the
<br /> laws of descent of the State of Nebraska as na,r in f orce and effect from such deceased beneficiary or beneficiaries.
<br /> VI.
<br /> I hereby revoke all and any former wills by me made. \,

<br /> I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 6th day of
<br /> January 1951, the instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Charles B. Harman deceased, was filed for
<br /> probate in this Court, That on the 3rd day of February 1951, said instrument to which this certificate is attached
<br /> was duly proved, probated and allowed as' the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Charles
<br /> B. Narman deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
