<br /> publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and f orm following, that is to say:

<br /> I direct that my just debts, if any, an3 the expenses attending my burial, be first paid.

<br /> I give, devise, and bequeath a11 the rest reCic�ue, and remainder of the estate, both real and persenal, of
<br /> which I shall die the owner, to my beloved childreri, Nora 0. Long, Frank R. Dahlstrom, George Dahlstrom, Mae F. Meyer,
<br /> and reva Minor, share and sh�.re alike.

<br /> I� nominate and appoint my son, Frank R. Dahlstrom, as r.xecutor of this will, hereby granting unto said Fxecutor
<br /> full power and authority to sell and convey real estate without license or authority from any court for that purpose.

<br /> I, Paul N. Kirk, Iudge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the lOth day of
<br /> July 1935, the instrument purpor.ting to be the last will and testament of Fanny Dahlstrom deceased, was filed for
<br /> probate in this Court. That on the 6th day of August 1935, said instrument to which this certificate is attached
<br /> was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Fanny
<br /> Dahlstrom deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br /> This cause came on for hearing on t he li+' day of August , 193A, upon the final report and petition for distribution
<br /> of Frank R. Dahlstrom, rxecutor,
<br /> The Co�xrt fin�is that due and legal notice of the time and place for hear.ing on said final report has been given
<br /> to all persons interested in said estate, as provided by law, and the Court finds that saa:d final account is true
<br /> and correct, that due notice has been given to creditors, that a]_1 claims allowed agaiast said estate have been paid,
<br /> that there are no Federal or state inheritance taxes to be paid, that the expenses of administration have been paid.
<br /> The Court further firds that the heirs at law, devisees, and legatees, have authorized, empowered, and directed
<br /> Frank R. Dahlstrom executor, to pay to Mae F. Meyer the cash balance in the hands= of the executor, and that such
<br /> authorization is filed herein, and that all of said parties have receipted for their shares in the personal property
<br /> belori:ging to said estate.
<br /> The Court further finds that Fanny Dahlstrom was the own�r, in fee simple, of the following described real estate:
<br /> Lot 5 in Block 60 of the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska,
