<br /> Now on this 6th day of June, 1951, at 10:00 ofclock A. M. this matter came on for hearing on the petition of
<br /> Pearl C. Hilty and Emma L. Hilty and the files in the matter, and the Court having carefully examined the same, finds
<br /> tha.t sa.id matter was set for hearir� :�t said time and place and that notice of the time and place of said hearing has
<br /> been given to all persons interested in said estate both creditors and heirs in the manner provided by law and the Order
<br /> of the Court a.nd proof thereof has been filed herein.
<br /> This matter coming on further to be heard on. the petition of the petitioner and the files in the case and the
<br /> evidence introduced by and on behalf of the petitioner and the Court being fully advised in the premises, finds that
<br /> the deceased was � resident and inhabi.tant of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, at the time of his death and that he
<br /> died intestate on the 20th day of February 1921, at Grand Island, Nebraska; That more than��two years have elapsed
<br /> since the date of the dea.th of the deceased and no petition for the administration of his estate has ever been filed
<br /> in the State of Nebraska or elsewhere; that a11 claims or charges a.gainst his estate of every kind and nature have
<br />� been paid or are barred by lapse of time; that no inheritance tax is due the state of Nebraska.
<br /> The Court further finds that the deceased died possessed of the following described real property situate in
<br /> the County of Hall and State of Nebraska:
<br /> The Westerly 26.4 feet ef Lot 9 in Block 40 in Russel Wheelerts Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> The Cc�urt further finds that the interest of the petitioners in the real property hereinbefore described is as
<br /> owners in fee simple; that the heirs of the deceased, their 8egree of kinship and their right of descent in the real
<br /> property of the deceased of which he died seized and possessed, and which is hereinbefore described, are as f ollows:
