<br /> View Subdivision in Hall County, state of Nebraska; then south 107.4 feet; then east 187.6 fee# then north
<br /> 107.4 feet; then west to the pl.ace of beginning, the same being a rectangular tract of land 107.4 feet bp
<br /> 187.6 feet, subject to an easement 7 feet wide on the northerlg boundary of said tract for the purpose of
<br /> public utilities, alley and driveway; all in Ha1.l County and state of Nebraska,
<br /> and that sa.a.d real eatate, under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, passed and descended as follc�s: to
<br /> Minnie Claussen, a daughter, an undivided 1/�th interest; to Anna Rhoades, a daughter, an undivided 1/?th interest;
<br /> to Maude Nielsen, a daughter, an undivided lf7th interest; to William Stolley, a son, an undivided 1/7th interest; to
<br /> Clara Baasch, a daughtei•, an undivided 1/?th interest; to Herbert Stolley, a son, an undivided 1/?th intere$t; to
<br /> Frederick Stolley, a grandson, an undivided 1/14th interest; and to Irvin S�olley, a :grandson, an undivided 1/14th
