<br /> sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament.
<br /> First. I direct my executrix hereinafter named to first pay my funeral expenses and all debts and obligations
<br /> existing against my estate.
<br /> Second. I her.eby give, devise and bequeath to my b�loved Wife, Helen B. Reilly, al� of my real and personal
<br /> property, where�er situate, to be hers absolutely and forever.
<br /> Third. I hereby revoke all former wills by me made and herebp appoint the said Nelen B. Reilly executrix of
<br /> this will and request that she be permitted to act without bond. ,
<br /> Fourth. I direct that Thmna.s W. Lanigan of Grand Island handle all legal matters�in connection with the
<br /> probate and closing of my estate.

<br /> Caurt, after having examined the records and files in this cause, finds that due and legal notice has be+an given of
<br /> the time fixea for f iling objections to said final report and that no objections have been filed.
<br />, The Court further finds that the executrix has accounted for all the property of the estate which has come into
<br /> her knawledge or possession; that said final report is, in all things, true and correct, and th�t the sarae should
<br /> be approved.
