<br /> At a session of the County Court held in and for sai_d Countp of Hall, State of Nebraska, this 4th day of April,
<br /> 1951,

<br /> Present: Charles Bossert, County Judge.
<br /> RE IT REMEMi3ERED that on the 8th day of March, 1951, Hulda F,ickhoff, Administratrix of the Estate of August
<br /> �ickhoff, deceased, filed in this Court her Final Account as such Administratrix and a petition praping that said
<br /> account be allowed, for a decree of heirship, final determination of inheritance taxes, order of distribution and
<br /> final settlement and discharge.
<br /> For these purposes, the 4th dap of April, 1951, at 10. �TC�ock a.m., at the Countq Court Room in said County was
<br /> , assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and allowing said account; and it was ordered
<br /> thht notice of the pendency of said petition be given to all persons interested in said estate by publishing such
<br /> ;� notice in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said County, for three weeks prior to said daq
<br /> �".. of hearing; and it: appears bp proof on fil� that said notice was given as ordered bp,'Court and that no objections to
<br /> said Final Account have been made or filed.
<br /> Upon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being dulp a3vised in �the premises, the Court
<br /> finds as follows:
<br /> F IRST
<br /> That August Eickhoff departed this life on the 19th day of May, 1950, at his home in Wood River, in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, intestate, and at the time of his death he was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> SECOND
<br /> That on the 26th day of May, 1950, Hulda Eickhoff, widow �f said August Eickhoff, deceased, filed in this (3nurt
<br /> a petition praying��for the appointment of said Hulda Fickhoff as A3ministratrix of the Estate of said deceased, and
<br /> on the 26th day of May, 1950, an order of this Court was made therein, assigning the Z4th day of June, 1950, at 10
<br /> otclock a.m. at the County Court Room in said County as the time and place for hearing said petition, and ordering
<br /> . that notice af the pendency of said petition and hearing �hereon be given to all persons interested in said matter by
<br /> publishing said notice in rhe Grand Island Independent, a, legal newspaper printed in said County, for three successive
<br /> weeks prior to said day of hearing, and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was given as ordered
<br /> by this Court,
<br /> THIRD
<br /> The Court further finds that Hulda Eickhoff, named in said petition was, upon her giving bond in the sum of
<br /> $15,000.00, as ordered by Lhis Court, appointed Administratr.i�c as prayed; the Court further finds that the deceased
<br /> at the ti.me of his death, was ma.rried and that he left the following heirs-at-law;
<br /> Hu13a Eickhoff, his widow,
<br /> Fred Ei.ckhoff and F.dward Eickl�off, his sons, and
<br /> Marie Klein, his daughter,
<br /> a.11 over the age of twenty-one years, the above named children bein� aTI af the children ever born to said decedent.
<br /> FOURTH
<br /> That an the 14th day of June, 1950, an arder was made herein allowin� creditors three. months from and after the
<br /> 13th day of July, 1950, in which to file their claims against said estate and said Administratrix one year in which
<br /> to settle said estate, and further orc�ering that a notice to creditors be published in the Grand Island Independent,
<br /> a legal newspaper published and circua.ati.ng in Hall County, Nebraska, for three successive weeks prior to said 13th
<br /> day of Jul.y, 1950, and that a hea.ring on claims filed against said estate would be held at the office of the County
<br /> ,judge of Ha11 County, Nebraska, on the 14th day of October, 1950, at 9 otclock a�m., and it appears by proof on file
<br /> that notice of said order was published as ord.ered by this Court.
<br /> FIFTH
<br /> The Court further fi nds that on the 15th day of June, 1950, said Hulda Eickhoff, as Administratriac, filed in
<br /> Court her inventory with a copy thereof for the County Assessor of Hall County, Nebraska, of the property of said
<br /> estate, including all property held by said deced.ent jointly with others, and that according to said inventory, the
<br /> deceased died seized and possessed of the following descri.bed property, to-wit:
<br /> The Fast Half of the Northwest Quarter (E2?�'W4) and the West Half of tbe Northeast Quarter (W2NE�) of Section - -
<br /> Six (6), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall Count�►, Nebraska
