<br /> LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ALBERT J. DENMAh
<br /> I, Albert J. Denman, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make
<br /> and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following:
<br /> FIRST.
<br /> I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my death and burial be first paid out of my
<br />� personal estate.
<br /> SECOND.
<br /> I give, devise and bequeath to �ny beloved wife, Augusta M. Denman, all of my property, real and personal, which
<br /> I may own at the time of my death.
<br /> THIRD.
<br /> In the event that my beloved wife should precede me in death, then I give, devise and bequeath all of �}* property,
<br /> real and personal, which I may own at the time of my death to my daughters, Florence Ida Denman and Gertrude Maxine
<br /> Impecoven, in equal shares, the children of a deceased child to take;>by right of representation.
<br /> FOURTH.
<br /> I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, Augusta M. Denman, Executrix of this last will and testament, and in the
<br /> event she precedes me in death then I hereby nominate and appoint my daughters, Florence Ida Denma.n and Gertrude
<br /> Maxine Impecoven, as Executors, and request that the aforenamed Executrix or Executors be not required to furnish
<br /> surety upon their bonds as such.
<br /> IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 17th day of May, 1941.

<br /> I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 17th day of
<br /> July 1946, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testa.ment of Albert J. Denman deceased, was filed for
<br /> probate ir_ this Court. That on the 14th day of August 1946, said instrument to which this certificate is attached
<br /> was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Albert
<br /> J. Denma.n deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br /> - This cause came on f or hearing this 7th day of February, 1951, upori the fi.nal report of Augusta M, Denman,
<br /> executrix of the last will and testament of Albert J. Denman, deceased, for findings, orders, judgments, and decree
<br /> as follows :
<br /> The Court, having examined the records, files, and the evidence, finds that legal notice has been given to all
<br /> persons ir.terested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said report as ordered by the Court,
<br /> and no one appearing to object, the Court finds that said report is true and correct and is hereby approved and
<br /> allowed as and for the final report of said executrix.
<br /> The Court fir_ds that Albert J. Denman died on the 12th day of July, 1946, and was then a resident and inhabitant
<br /> of Grand Island, in Hall County and state of 1V'ebraska, leaving a last will and testament, which was allowed and
<br /> admitted to probate herein on the 14th day of August, 1946.
<br /> That upon the allowance and admission of said last will and testament, letters testamentary �sere issued to
<br /> Augusta M. Denman as executr� as named therein, and she thereupon qualified as such,
<br /> The Court finds that due and legal notice was given to all persons of the time and place fixed for filing claims,
<br /> that all claims filed ffiave been paid, and the time fiated f or filing claims has fully expired.
<br /> The Court finds that all administration expenses have been paid; that the Executri.x has waived her� fees.
<br /> That a fair and reasonable attorney fee is $500.00, which has been paid.
